Leon de Sapphiro, the president of Panem has consulted with the Head Gamemaker, Darian Green, and decided that these Hunger Games are going to be special. Very special. 1. Introduction and Tribute Form

The Hunger Games has done a favor for all of us. When those districts rebelled, I felt a sudden sense of rage come through by body. Something had to be done. Thus, the Hunger Games. 24 children will be taken away from their home districts in the next 3 weeks and fight to the death on live T.V. I know most people despise these games but I don't care. That's the Peacekeepers job to deal with the citizens. It's my job to run this country and make sure the Gamemakers give us a good show. And this year isn't any different. I will have the best Hunger Games ever no matter what it takes. The Gamemakers better put on a good show or else.
