Bak to Fo
Fo was standing in the training hall. She had taken on humanoid form and was staring at her wall. she was bored and wanted someone to pester. She sighed and sat down. she closed her eyes and found herself drifting off into a deep sleep.
Fo was running through the halls of the Asian Branch. Her heart was pounding. The area had been breached and she was looking for the akuma. Ahead she could hear the sounds of battle booming. She struggled to run faster and found Bak yelling orders to the exorcists.
"Bak!" Fo yelled at the top of her lungs.
Bak turned around and his frown turned into a slight smile. "It's dangerous Fo!" he called back. "Try to lock it in this sector!"
Fo nodded, feeling her chest go tight. She concentrated and the doors of the sector closed. They were locked in.
There was a loud crack and an exorcist fell.
Bak's eyes grew wide with terror when the level two was engulfed in a bright light. It morphed into a grotesque looking creature wearing armor. It's laugh was loud. "I am stronger now!" it cackled. "Bye be exorcists!" it yelled.
At that moment Bak let in the way of the attack to save the exorcist.
The akuma was taken by surprise and the exorcist used that chance to take care of the demon.
Bak lay on the ground with his hand turning black from the demon's bullet.
Fo screamed and ran over to his side. "Bak! No!" she yelled in terror.
Bak smiled softly as Fo pulled him into her arms. "Thank you for keeping it trapped in here." he said. "Go now and help the wounded."
"No!" Fo sad with a quavering voice.
"Fo," Bak said sternly, the black infection reaching his elbow.
"You're wounded." Fo said, trembling madly.
"I'm a lost cause. The poison is already spreading." Bak pointed out, his voice growing quieter.
"Don't die…" Fo whispered, morphing her right arm into a blade and raising it.
With a sickening whack Bak's arm came off. The infection hadn't yet quite spread to his shoulder.
Back uttered a low whine from the pain, but smiled up at Fo, reaching up and touching her cheek.
Fo had been crying. She had been scared that Bak would die.
Bak smiled and pulled her face down to his. "You don't have to be human to have feelings." he smiled softly.
Fo blushed. "B-Bak…" she muttered.
Bak gently kissed her. "Now, will you go get a medic?" he asked.
Fo nodded and stood up, gently laying Bak down. She opened the doors to the sector and called in a medic.
When Fo woke up she was smiling. The dream had been to good to be real.
She then noticed the piece of paper in her hand and after unfolding it, she read it.
It was from Bak.
Fo understood her feelings for Bak. She smiled at the note. Maybe it will come true. she thought hopefully, standing up.
