Im sorry i havent uploaded for a while, i just got back to school from the holidays sooo...

I had severe writers block, so im sorry if its a bit lame. Im a bit rusty you see.

DISCLAIMER: I dont own doctor who... BLAH

Martha felt ignored as the doctor and Jack started giddily talking about Rose. She made out.

"Parallel earth! Safe and sound!" and various other words.

Neither of them had noticed her dismay, she was fed up of being sec- no third best in the time travelling world.

She knew that he would never consider her feelings, in fact she found however hard she tried to forget there was a Rose, she couldn't because the doctor was always reminding her that Rose was better than her.

She knew she wasn't the first to step through the wooden doors but she didn't constantly want to be reminded of it.

Martha's head cleared of her thoughts as she already realised they were making a move.

Martha sighed and followed

"Good old Rose."

In the radiation chambers

Jack looked up from the tube he was about to pull up and stared at the doctor.

"What happened at the game station?"

Martha had a funny feeling the unwanted topic of Rose was going to spring back, not surprisingly it did.

"She's gone Jack, she's not just living on a parallel world she's trapped there, and she can't come back."

Martha could feel the sadness in her voice. She wondered if he would even mention her to his other companions.

Jack looked up apologetically.

"I'm sorry"

When Martha heard that they were starting the topic of Rose again, she realised that the return of Jack meant the doctor had someone who understood his pain. That had known Rose, not some medical student he had picked up because she went to the bother of saving his life.

Even further in the future.

Martha hauled her bag over to the doctor who was sat in his control room. When he heard her footsteps he launched into an excitable ramble about where they should go next.

He turned to face her with a huge grin on his face. It made her heart break when he saw her bag and his smile quickly turned into that of shock.

Martha cleared her throat.

"The thing is, it's like my friend Vicky there was this bloke was called Sean, and she loved him. She absolutely adored him, spent all day long talking about him..." She finished when the doctor interrupted

"Is this going anywhere?"

Martha sighed impatiently

"Yes!"

'Cause he never looked at her twice.'

I mean, he liked her, but that was it, and she wasted years pining after him. Years of her life, 'cause whilst he was round, she never looked at anyone else, and I told her, I always said to her time and time again, I said 'get out'. So this is me... getting out"

She finished her speech and looked at the doctor whose face was fixed in permanent surprise.

"I spent all these years training to be a doctor and now ive got people to look after." Martha spoke with authority.

The doctor nodded quickly a false smile plastered on his face.

"Of course." He gave her a hug but behind her back his face fell.

His friend the one that saved him from death was leaving him.

Of course, it was something to get used to, it happened a lot.

He felt Martha withdraw from the hug and she walked out. She threw her phone at him and he miraculously caught it, considering the circumstances.

"Phone me yeah?" She grinned then left.

Leaving him on his own again.

The last of the time lords.

God! I finished it! Finally! You like it? ;) Im thinking of writing a poem next. Review and tell me what you think! ... Please.
