Sister...
What does that word even mean? Tegan wondered, questioning if these thoughts... these actions, unimaginable... were too unclean.
She and Sara were alone, now, passing away a free evening in their hotel room. Sara was curled up in her bed reading,
and Tegan was lost inside her head, heavy-breathing, leaning
against the wall, as far from her sibling's body as she could manage...
fifteen feet away, but
she missed her.
She missed the way Sara's body felt against her own, (because with her twin, she never felt alone) and she yearned for the sound of her comforting voice so familiar yet so new.
And in this moment, eyes trapped, unable to escape the woman she adored, her lover she ignored, "What," Tegan begged for guidance from anywhere, "should I do?"
Came the answer, "Sara." But Tegan was confused.
Where did that voice come from?
"It came from inside you."
Understanding then came through. Sara was the answer, the answer to it all, to everything.
So she approached her sister and began to crawl
into her bed, settling next to her...
settling next to her Sara, who's smile was a welcome greeting, and who's lips on her own, the best of meetings.
How was it so easy? So easy to be kissing Sara, touching Sara, moaning for Sara, Sara... uuhnn SARA, her
...Sister.
