Okay. I got this idea from listening to the song Turtle Dove. It's a beautiful song if you ever get the chance to look it up. Okay…on with the fic!

Roxas awoke from a restless sleep. Tears stained his face, left behind from the dreams that caused them. How long had it been since the day of his loss. He couldn't remember. But it wasn't as if remembering would bring his love back. Nothing, it seemed, could ease such a sorrow. However, there was one thing. His blue eyes traced the apartment he now lived in, until they fell upon a black leather coat hanging in the corner. The idea had been in his mind ever since that day. It was just a matter of pulling through. And every night the nightmares would mar his sanity, the more the blonde was sure his decision was the right one. In a battle of hearts, Axel, the only one he ever loved, despite lacking such a thing as a heart, had given his life. And now, it was Roxas' mission to avenge that person he held so dear.

The midnight rain pounded around him as Roxas took to the streets in a world that was never meant to exist. Somewhere, there was a person he was searching for, hunting for. This person was one who had appeared many times in his dreams and Roxas was sure that he had much to do with Axel's death. With his black leather hood hiding his features from view, the blonde trudged through the puddles staining the paved streets. As he came to the center of town, a tall building stood out from among the rest. Roxas' eyes led his sight upwards until the top of the building was in view. Here, at the highest point, stood a figure, silhouetted against the night sky. The blonde could feel this stranger looking down at him from his post, like a god looking down upon the mortals of earth. Roxas, although he could not see this stranger's face, was aware of who he was.
Without a word, Roxas held out his hands and grasped at the surge of light that came forth, forming into two key blades that he was most familiar with. In seconds, he was charging up the steep outer wall of the building, slashing away at a myriad of heartless that appeared in his path. There wasn't anyone or anything that would keep him from attaining his goal. Completing his vengeance for his lost one.
The silver haired stranger came clearly into view as Roxas scaled the tower. A black blindfold covered his eyes, blinding him from the entire world. However, the man's face was calm and soon, he too had a key blade in hand and leapt off his perch and fell towards the oncoming blonde as if the blindfold did not exist. In disbelief, Roxas watched as the man fell past him and landed on the ground gracefully. Roxas soon followed and faced the blindfolded stranger, hate glistening in the place inside of him where a heart should have been. The stranger faced the blonde as well, though his features betrayed no emotion.
"You took him from me!" Roxas yelled, brandishing his weapons. "The only thing I really loved! And you stole it away from me!"
The stranger stood, that same stoic look on his face. "No." He said simply. "I took nothing from you. It was his own decision. I played no part in it."
"Liar!" The blonde screamed. He lunged at the stranger, but did not touch more than a strand of silver hair, as the stranger was too quick. In a matter of seconds, Roxas was knocked to the ground and everything went black.
