"Holy crap!!" Stella says excitedly, before grabbing a hold of Lindsay's hand and pulling her towards her. "When did you get this?"

Lindsay forgot all about it, her mind was so engrossed in the evidence she had laid out on the evidence table. So she about had a heart attack when Stella came in saw her hand and started screaming.

"Oh, damn. I forgot I even had it on," Lindsay replied nonchalantly.

"You have a rock on, that must be weighing your arm down, and you forgot you even had it on?" Stella said incredulously.

Lindsay just smiled at her and shrugged her shoulders.

Out of the corner of her eye Stella spotted Danny coming out of Trace, "Daniel Messer, get your ass in here!" she demanded.

Danny jumped when he heard Stella scream at him, then saw the smile on Lindsay's face, "Ugh somethin' I could help ya with, Stel?" he asked, the expression on Lindsay face giving nothing away.

"Is there something you two need to tell me?" she asked, crossing her arms like a mother would when question her children.

"Uh, I uh," he started looking desperately at Lindsay for help, who held up her hand showing him what the interrogation was about. He groaned in response.

He really didn't like having everybody knowing there business all the time, he liked having her all to his self. If you didn't know them any better, you wouldn't even know that when they hit the time clock, they lived in the same apartment, slept in the same bed and made love nearly every night.

"Danny asked me to marry him on Valentine's Day!!" Lindsay finally exploded.

"Ahh!!" was all Stella could get out, well grabbing a hold of Lindsay and jumping up and down with her.

"Whatcha do Danno? Tell Stella she could go on a shopping spree?" Flack joked at the screeching, as he followed Angell in the room.

"You'll know soon enough anyway. Lindsay and I are getting' hitched," Danny smiled at him, as Don pulled him into a man hug.

Lindsay held her hand up so they could see her ring.

"Well isn't that nice?" Angell said sarcastically, plastering a fake smile on her face. Guess Don is gonna be my only option now.

"Damn Messer! How much doe that set ya back?" Don asked, checking out the stone on Lindsay hand.

"Doesn't matter as long she has that smile on her face," he said, loving the glow he saw on Lindsay delicate features.
