She crawled through the small opening, wiggling her way through the narrow tunnel. She was the only one who could fit into this small opening. She crawled down further through the tunnel, she noticed the water,
"Hey, Cody!"
"Yeah?"
"There's water down in the tunnel, can you pass a breathing apparatus? I don't know how deep it is."
"Sending one now," Cody tossed down a string with the apparatus. She placed it in her mouth and turned onto her stomach sliding down into the water. The cold water surrounded her body as she shoved her body through the small opening. She popped out on the other side she swam to the surface,
"That's what being born is like." she muttered pulling the apparatus out of her mouth. She looked around in the air bubble, maybe about seven feet tall, and about eight feet wide. Stalactites hung from the ceiling, and the whole room seemed to sparkle but there was no light in the bubble.
"Are you getting any of this?" she whispered into the com link,
"You're too far underground, the camera lost the signal."
"It's incredible," she swam a little further climbing up onto a small ledge. She glanced back up at the glittering the ceiling, a small blue glint. She grappled at a few stones climbing up higher towards the mesmerizing blue glint. She made it, gripping a stalactite with her legs, hanging in a strange upside down position. She took her lightsaber and cut a small crack in the rock. She took her fingers and dug the rock away to reveal a small blue stone. She took her lightsaber slicing the stone out, catching it with her free hand. She studied the stone still gripping the stalactite with her legs looking the thing over. She couldn't feel anything from the force, so it wasn't a kyber crystal, and usually those were a clear crystal. She opened a pouch sliding the stone inside and pulled herself upwards and grabbed onto the stalactite and crawled back to some stones and climbed back down and slid back into the water. She placed the apparatus back in her mouth and started back through the tunnel. After pushing and getting her waist through the hole and wiggled her legs through the hole. She swam up further resurfacing, but she wasn't in the passage anymore. She was in a lake, she looked around at the trees,
"What in the world?" she asked taking in the sites, she ducked under the water swimming to the shallow waters before standing up and walking out. She walked down the sidewalk her arms hugged around her, shivering, it was cold here, wherever she was. She looked up at the tall buildings, one said the word Stark across the front. She rolled her eyes, really, who puts their name across their tower? She walked further down the street with strange machines running across the ground, why weren't they in the air? What was this tech, it was so de-advanced. Wherever she was, it was a planet that had stuck to traditional tribe values. She was still hugging her arms, feeling the water trickle down her back. She needed somewhere to stay, she walked for another maybe twenty minutes. She looked up to see she was getting into a rougher area, she saw a building. She walked into the building, it was abandoned and she walked up to maybe the third floor. There was nothing inside and it was pretty dirty but she was out of the elements. She peeked out of the window to see people passing below. She needed to get some sleep, and she could try and figure it out in the morning. She laid down on the ground and closed her eyes her body still shivering.
The next day…
She woke up to a scream, she ran over to the window and opened it. She looked to see a masked man running down a street with an old woman's purse. She jumped out of the window,
"I'll help!" she yelled chasing down the man in mask. She ran faster jumping in front of him.
"Hey buddy!" she waved, he threw a punch left and then right, straight for her face. She dodged each move, she grabbed the purse out of his hand. She punched him in the face, swept under his legs using her feet. She grabbed some wires and tied him to a nearby pole, and walked back to the lady.
"Here you go ma'am." she said handing the purse back to her,
"Aw, thank you kindly." she walked back to the apartment and sat down on the floor.
A few months later…
He walked down the street, he had seen the videos of this girl. She was powerful indeed, helping the little one mostly, nothing huge but the thing was is she had incredible powers. Unlike anything he had ever seen, and he had seen a lot. She could lift a car over her head, without even touching it. She had a sword of light, could jump to the top of buildings, and had reflexes dialed to eleven. He had to find out about her, he walked into the rougher area of Manhattan away from the tower. He found the apartment complex and knocked on the door, he opened it and walked up to the third floor. He opened the door to see no one,
"Friday, scan." he said,
"Ceiling." is all she said before someone jumped out at him her hands extended, a cloak shielding her face. He felt himself float up into the air,
"Who are you?" she growled
"My name is Tony Stark, and how are you doing that? Telekinesis?"
"You're that prestigious guy with the tower right?"
"You've been active for about a month, right?" His glasses projected a video of her, she jumped off of a building grabbing onto a broken electric wires, skimming the ground running across it and swinging out of frame. The frame followed her as she rammed in a bad guy. He skipped back to the part of her coming off the building.
"That building looks to be about, maybe three or four stories high. Jumping off, no armor, no parachute, no nothing, you just gracefully land and continue." he said, "So, what's your deal?" he said, she let her hands relax and he was gently dropped to the ground.
"I'm just helping people out, until I can figure out how to get home."
"How long have you been here?"
"About a month." she said, "I came out of a lake in a park, and just kept walking until I got here."
"Can you come with to Stark tower and we can talk some things over."
"Can you help me get home?"
"I can try," she followed him outside, her face still shrouded by the cloak. In the videos she had always moved so fast, faster than the spiderling. She followed him all the way back to Stark tower, and followed him inside and they rode the elevator all the way to the top,
"How long have you had these powers?"
"Since I was five."
"What exactly are these powers?"
"It's not powers, it's the force." she said looking around at her surroundings. She kept her hands concealed inside her cloak, she was still afraid of him.
"What is the force?"
"It's the thing that binds all living things together, the thing that keeps the universe from falling apart."
"Where are you from?"
"Everywhere, and nowhere." she said looking back at him, her big brown eyes seemed to pierce into him finding out everything about him. "What do you want from me?"
"It's my job to know about all people with, unique, abilities. A new asset to protecting this world."
"Well, I have a world of my own to protect and I need to get back to it."
"We will, but first I want to do some tests." he said, "Stay there." he walked back to his room and grabbed a sweatshirt, her pants had seemed in good condition considering she had worn them for a month. The kid had left his sweatshirt last time he was here,
"You have an incoming report from Peter Parker." Friday said over the loudspeaker,
"Go ahead,"
"So today was a pretty good day, I stopped a bike thief, but I didn't know who's bike it was so I just left a note. I also gave a lady some directions, she bought me a churro which was really nice. I also thought someone was trying to steal a car but then they weren't. I accidentally webbed their hand to their own car, but it all worked out. I got the webbing off, so it was just another regular day. Just ask Mr. Stark if there is anything I can do to help. Thanks Happy, bye."
"Recording ended." Friday said, the kid was doing pretty good. He walked back out to where she was still standing, he tossed her the sweatshirt,
"Here, put this on. We have some work to do." she finally took off the cloak revealing her full face. She had big brown eyes, and a roundish face. She pulled the sweatshirt over her head, and followed him downstairs from the training facility.
"I didn't catch your name,"
"I didn't throw it." she said looking around, "it's Esinon, if you really want to know that bad."
"So, what do your powers consist of?"
"I can have visions, sense things before they come, skilled with a lightsaber, lift things, influence people using the force, and many other powers that I am not skilled enough to use."
"First," he pointed to a ledge, "jump up there." she dropped into a crouch before springing to the ledge,
"Now come down," she jumped landing in a tucked roll before jumping to her feet.
"What about that influencing the mind?"
"If your asking for me to use it on you, it won't work. The weak mind is more easy to persuade, something tells me you don't have a weak mind."
"Now, about your sword,"
"It's a lightsaber." she said taking it off her belt, she only held it out not letting him touch it.
"How does it work?"
"The core is a kyber crystal which is found by a Jedi youngling which is a rite of passage before training continues. After the youngling has found said crystal they construct the saber using the force. After a few tries the youngling now has their saber."
"So I assume not just anyone can use this saber."
"You have to have a connection with the force. Only Jedi, Sith, and other force users are have been able to use a lightsaber properly. You could try, but without training with the practice one first you might lose a few extremities." she said placing it back on her belt.
"What's with the…" he motioned to the back of his head and drew up and down.
"Oh, the braid. It's part of my religion."
"So, what else can you do?" she ignited the lightsaber,
"Want to find out?" the mask flew over his face,
"Bring it on."
A few hours later…
He led her to a lab,
"So this is an extra lab, there is a bed in the corner. Feel free to invent anything your heart desires, books are over in that corner to learn about Earth. I got some new clothes and put those on the bed, if you have any other questions just ask Friday."
"Thank you so much Mr. Stark, I really appreciate this until I can get home. Just one question, who's Friday?"
"My AI, if you want to summon it just say Friday then ask the question."
"Thank you Mr. Stark." she walked into the lab and sat down on the bed. He began to walk out,
"Mr. Stark,"
"Yes?" she pulled a blue stone out of a pouch.
"I popped out of the lake after I found this." he looked at the stone, he knew exactly what that was. It was an infinity stone. She had found an infinity stone.
"Is it ok, if I do some tests on it?"
"Yeah," she handed him the stone, so that's how the inter dimensional rip came to be. He went and laid down in his bed, and fell asleep he would have to figure it out in the morning
