Son of Savage

A boy walked into Star Labs, fall of 2009. He spoke in a whispery English accent, like he was faking it, to suppress his dark nature by forcing emotion out of his words. He made it known he was the immortal son of Vandal Savage, born before the US itself. He told of how he watched his brother die, saw his mother's heartbreak upon hearing of her husband's death, then to learn he shared no blood with the man he called father, to learn his mother let a monster into her bed, he did not kill her in vengeance and a few years later she died, there was no such thing as people in their 70s back then. He requested to make a deal with the US government in the cortex overseen by the Justice League. Star Labs complied hearing he'd made sure to break the law so he could be imprisoned statute of limitations and all that. He wrote his own deal, over 10 pages long.

Offering the United States government everything he knew about his father, he gave Superman the notebook he wrote the deal in so the Justice League would know the exact arrangement. He offered to sit handcuffed while the agents read the deal, the government envoy accepted his offer. In the written deal he specified his desire to be incarceration like an animal to hunt his food and be allowed to give into his barbaric impulses instead of in prison, using supposed past dissections as reason for Star Labs supervising the government handling of him.

They agreed, before the lead agent, Agent Clinton could sign the immortal said "I'm left handed," gesturing to his handcuffs. An agent moved one cuff from his right hand to a metal bar so he could sign but not run. Clinton signed, the immortal (appearing to be in his teens or 20s) signed as Gabriel Francisco then turned the page so Superman and someone from Star Labs could sign. The agents escorted him outside where a girl appearing to be his age with medium length wavy black hair, ran over before they could load him up. She asked "What's going on?"

Agent Clinton looked at Gabriel, "My sister." He looked her in the eyes, "I want you to stay here, as a legacy."

She looked to the agents, "Can I at least hug my brother?"

Gabe nodded, gesturing he'd comply with the agents if they removed the cuffs. They did and the immortal siblings hugged, when they parted, Gabriel let the cuffs go back on.

They locked him up tight and made arrangements for his animal enclosure of a forever cell. Once given their estimated time of completion, Gabriel began writing his autobiography about his time with Vandal Savage. He gave them a few pages every day, trading the pages for his meals. He even told them why he only talked with his whispery voice.

When his indoor caveman habitat was complete, they gave him a different uniform to change into. His new clothes weren't standard DOC, they were basic colored fabric clothes. Agent Clinton and 2 guards escorted him to his forever home. Agent Clinton removed the chains as the gate opened behind them. Gabriel walked in on his own, slowly taking in the scene since he was born in the 1760s not into his father's caveman clan.

He instantly loved the feeling of freedom, free to fight and kill any living thing he encountered. ARGUS took wild zoo or circus animals about to be put down for Gabriel's prey. He wasn't allowed any weapons but a historian could verify his enclosure perfectly matched the conditions they suspect cavemen lived in.

Gabriel took to his habitat, he had no weapons and had to kill predators released into his enclosure. Scientists got to observe him inside, some believed that Gabriel could show real human evolution. He spent years alone in his enclosure, making it more reassemble the home of early man.
