Okay, this is my first FMA fic! It takes place after the manga, so you know for a fact its EdWin! Btw, if you haven't read the manga, I highly suggest you go read it. Now. WARNING! SLIGHT SPOILERS FOR THE LAST CHAPTER OF THE FMA MANGA!

On to the story!

Ten of the thousands of reasons Ed HATES Winry's wrench

1. It always has a tendency to hit his head whenever Winry throws it. Why? Because Winry secretly installed a homing device that always aims for Ed's head, but don't tell Ed. Winry enjoys watching him try to solve the mystery.

2. No matter how hard he tries, he just can't seem to lift it higher than his waist, while his girlfriend is able to easily chuck it across the room whenever she thinks Ed is up to no good. Why? Because there's a super magnet installed right where his automail connects to his body that turns on whenever it gets close to Winry's wrench. Don't tell Ed. She just loves to watch him squirm.

3. He just doesn't understand how she always has that wrench with her, be it out shopping, cleaning, or even watching T.V.! How does she do this? She's got a wrench sling of course! Just like those nifty gun-holsters some people use to carry concealed weapons. And again, don't tell Ed. Winry wouldn't like having her cover blown.

4. Ed thinks it's just plain evil. Why? Well, you would too if it hit you in the head an almost infinite amount of times.

5. the fact that he hates it, Winry still needs it to do maintenance on his leg. Why? That one's pretty self-explanatory.

6. Whenever Ed tries to be "romantic", he always feels the harsh pain of steel nearly crushing his skull. Why? Because Winry thinks it's just an excuse to touch her BB's. Though he does sometimes actually want to be romantic. Only sometimes.

7. Winry touches the wrench more than him. Why? He's a very, very jealous man. Even if the other party is an inanimate object. Maybe it's because of his metal leg? Technically, he is part machine.

8. Now that he doesn't have alchemy, he can't deflect it. Why? Because he couldn't do that even when he did have alchemy.

9. He knows it's probably the better punishment compared to alternatives that Winry has suggested in the past. Why? He can't do a thing about it.

10. Because he's the one that gave it to her.

Okay, I don't really know if he's the one who gave it to her, but I thought it would be the perfect thing to end it with. Yay for slight EdWin fluff!
