"Thank you for watching Psiana today," Reggie's client said, handing over the money he owed for the service.
"Don't mention it! She was an absolute angel," Reggie replied, handing a purring espeon back to her trainer. "I'd be happy to take care of her whenever you need, Mr Shirayuki!"
Mr Shirayuki bowed and started to walk away, and Reggie watched as a muscular man hugged him, before the two walked off together.
Reggie let out a small sigh watching the scene. He hadn't seen Brock in a long time, not since his parents suddenly went away again, and he had to go back to Kanto to take care of his siblings. Of course, Brock and Reggie still kept in contact via the phone, but he missed actually having his boyfriend there…
Reggie went outside and sat under a nice, shady tree in the garden. Perhaps some air would take his mind off of his longing for Brock. However, he found himself getting a little himself too comfortable, and soon enough, he drifted off to sleep…
"Is sleeping beauty awake yet?"
Reggie opened his eyes and woke with a start. The person staring into his barely open eyes was none other than…Brock?
"What are you doing back here?" Reggie asked, taking the hand Brock offered and getting up.
"Come with me, and I'll show you," Brock said, smirking.
Reggie let himself be led to his front yard, where, to his surprise, all of Brock's siblings were standing.
"Big brother has something he wants to ask you, Reggie," one piped up.
"What?" Reggie said softly, blushing heavily as Brock got down on one knee.
"Reggie, I missed you so badly when I went back to Kanto. I realised that I don't ever want to be away from you again. So I've got custody of all my siblings and I want to know…if you'll marry me." Brock asked, slipping a ring on Reggie's finger.
Tears formed in Reggie's eyes. "Oh, Brock…you know what my answer is," he said in delight, nodding his head.
Brock let go of Reggie's hand and got up, embracing him.
Reggie returned his lover's hug, his thoughts returning to that couple from earlier…
I know, two stories in two days?! Am I out of my mind? Nope, I just have way more time to write now. The holidays are coming up soon too, so I'll be able to write a TON over the summer! Bye for now~
