The Fight
"Hey," Vince says. "Holly, what's going on?"
"Nothing much. I'm just looking at the best boyfriend ever, who would do anything for me."
"I would", replied Vince.
"Yes silly," says Holly. "You know what I think?
"What?"
"I think we should get married, and have a happy wedding like Val and Vic."
"Well what if it doesn't work out," Vince says.
"It will, trust me I would never do anything to hurt you."
"I know, but I don't think were ready."
"NOT READY! We have been seeing each other for a year and a half I thought you loved me!" Holly yelled as she stormed out of the room.
"Oh hey," Gary says. "Vince what's wrong with you man?"
"Me and Holly are fighting."
"About what," asks Gary.
"She wants to get married, and I don't think were ready."
"Oh, sucks for you," replies Gary.
Meanwhile Holly was knocking on Tina's door.
Holly says, "Tina we need to talk."
"About what?" Asks Tina.
"Me and Vince."
"Oh great let me grab my pillow."
"Really this is serious. I asked him if we should get married, and he said he doesn't think were ready."
"Oh boo hoo. How do you think I feel? My boss is married and told me to back off. It really hurt but I'm getting through it."
"Yeah you're right. I'm going to go talk to Vince."
Meanwhile with Gary and Vince...
"So why don't you ask Holly to marry you?" Says Gary.
"Why? She is mad at me."
"Because if you love her that won't stop you. You lost her twice, you don't want to lose her again."
"You're right," says Vince. "I'm going to go get her a ring."
"I'm going to wait here for Holly," Gary says as Holly walks in the door.
"Hey Gary," says Holly. "What's going on?"
"Nothing's going on," Gary replied.
"Do you want to go shopping?" Holly asked Gary.
Gary replied, "yes, yes I do."
An hour passed, they got tired and went back to the diner. Vince was sitting at a table.
"Hey Vince," says Holly. "I am so sorry about earlier. I shouldn't have pushed marriage on you."
No, I'm sorry," said Vince. "So Holly, will you marry me?"
