Taylor could understand people bad mouthing Victoria.
She had her temper, she could snap, but just like anyone else. And it was true, Victoria could act cold, nasty.
But that was an act.
No one knew the real Victoria underneath her snobbish attitude. Victoria had her insecurities, she loved animes, Nathan and her could spend hours watching movies or playing video games.
And Victoria was a real friend.
Taylor could accept gossip but she'd let no one say that Victoria was a shitty friend.
Because she was the perfect opposite.
She could still remember when she learnt that her mother had to go under a very serious spinal surgery, that could leave her paralyzed if anything went wrong. Victoria had comforted her, had dried her tears, cancelled her plans, her fun plans, to bury herself in an hospital. Nathan had driven them. He didn't enter, Taylor knew he had a phobia regarding those places. But Victoria went. She waited for hours. She volunteered to go, offered to go with her whenever she wanted to visit. She let her rant, get her frustrations out, with patience, never losing her cool. She even proposed to postpone a Vortew Club party if her mom had to be operated in emergency, a gift Nathan agreed with and renewed several times. And during all of that, never once did Victoria complained. Not even she had her own big issues to deal with, she didn't wat to overwhelm her.
So yes, Victoria was a Queen B.
But the first one who would dare say shit about Victoria's human and friendly side, she'd rip their tongues out and feed them to that weird Frank Bowers' dog.
Because Victoria was the best friend every little girl dreamt of and could hope for.
