Help mobward story needs finding

I need to find a mobward story that has been playing on my mind. All I remember of the story is inside, any help is grateful.

Hello fellow twilight fanfic readers,

i am looking for a story that I have genuinely lost!

Bella's a nurse with Angela and they get called to his office because they have a mob boss patient, Edward Cullen.

Later on in the story he takes her to California? In which Bella when reading a book by the poolside gets mistaken for a call girl by one of Edwards associate.
