Percy's POV
Finally the war was over and no one died, unlike what Nike said. Calypso was rescued and everyone couldn't be happier, especially Annabeth and I. We have had real dates been able to have "sleepovers" in each other's cabins and it was perfect. Today we are going to Olympus to help the builders with the structures. I was in my cabin getting dressed into my black shirt and for fun some dark-wash denim overalls. Just to make Annabeth laugh (which I did a lot) I put on a builders helmet. Annabeth knocked on my cabin door and I said,
"Come in."
"Can I look?" Annabeth asked shielding her eyes.
"You might not want to," I responded laughing. She took her hand down and literally started cracking up. I ran over and grabbed her by her waist and carried her outside and jumped into the lake. Whenever I do this she always closes her eyes, and holds her breath when she doesn't have to.
"You're fine" I said and she exhaled and opened her eyes. We swam over to the Hippocampus who wanted to go for a ride.
"Hey buddy, can you take us to Manhattan?"
Yes my lord but can we stop for some food I'm starving.
"Sorry buddy maybe on the way back." He looked utterly upset but waited for us to hop on his back. I knew this was a Hippocampus but it wasn't Rainbow so I felt a little on edge. Annabeth on the other hand was laughing and not holding on making me look like a chicken. Once we got to Manhattan we started walking towards The Empire State Building, but Nico jumped in front of us and said,
"I need to see you guys Now!"
