NepKat Fanfic
It's another day on the astroid, inbetween sessions with a year left to go. Nepeta is curled into a ball reading some of the Earth social media site called Tumblr. Karkat walks in silently, looking slightly embarrased.
" I WENT DEEPER INTO THE SHIP TODAY" He says.
":33 oh really? what did you find down there?"
"I FOUND YOUR SHIPPING CHARTS. I DIDN'T REALIZE YOU WERE THAT INTO IT."
":33 oh no! please don't be mad!"
"I GUESS I JUST NEVER IMAGINED US IN THE FLUSHED QUADRANT..."
":33 i'm going to go curl up and die meow."
"NO, PLEASE DON'T. I CAME INTP HERE TO ASK, DO YOU STILL FEEL THAT WAY?"
":33 yes..." she says almost in a whimper.
"WELL, I THINK IT MIGHT BE GOOD, TO POSSIBLY, UH, EXPLORE THAT QUADRANT TOGETHER? (FUCK I SOUND LIKE AN IDIOT) WHAT I'M SAYING IS, WE MIGHT MAKE THE PURRFECT COUPLE."
":33 omg yes!"
Karkat walks forward then kneels beside her. Nepeta's tail is going crazy, as Karkat slowly leans forward. Nepeta meets him halfway and they kiss. After about five seconds Nepeta starts to purr. Karkat pulls away and says," LET'S TAKE THIS SOMEWHAT SLOWLY. OK?"
":33 ok. ill be here updating my ships if you want to talk."
"THAT SOUNDS GREAT."
They proceed to spend the rest of the 'afternoon' talking about ships and quadrants.
