Chapter 1.
Two years after Ozai's defeat, he became a dangerous fugitive by receiving a type of digivice by reasons unknown. He and his partner, DemiDevimon, has caused numberless destruction by months. A few months after Ozai's breakout, Tai and the other digidestined are in the Fire Nation to find out what happened from Avatar Aang after asking them to help out. Izzy found out where Ozai is by zeroing in on his rogue digivice. "I wonder how this guy got that digivice?" Izzy asks about Ozai's unknown way of getting his digivice. "Well, we better track this guy or we'll loose him" Tai informs Izzy and Aang as they leave to find Ozai and bring him back in.
When they arrived at Ozai's signal, they find Ozai and a DemiDevimon, with a Digivice IC, something the digidestined haven't seen before. "What is that digivice?" Tai asks. "I don't know, Tai. I've never heard of that one" Izzy replies as both him and Tai ready their digivices. "Agumon, digivolve now!" Tai and Izzy tells their partner's to digivolve to their champion forms. "You fools will never match the power of my partner's abillities" Ozai coments on Tai and Izzy's digimon as he prepares his digivice. When he did, he yelled a command to his digivice: "DNA, FULL CHARGE!" Ozai's DemiDevimon digivolved to his ultimate form: MarineDevimon. "Wait a sec! He's not champion, he's ultimate!" Izzy coments as he's shocked at how Ozai's partner digivolved. "Whoa how can he digivolve from rookie to ultimate!" Tai is also shocked. " Well let me tell how it was done: Warp Digivolution!" Ozai answers Tai and Izzy's question. "That's impossible, that's only for rookie to mega" Izzy coments. "Or so you thought" Ozai corrects him.
Ozai and the two confused Digidestined prepare to fight Ozai and the two digidestined maybe too stressed for this battle of wits.
