Alright! Here we have the combined efforts of me, When The Day Met The Night (Forever Fades Away), and Requiem of Eternity (Hakkyou000). We will add to this as much as possible. Despite anything that the others might say, I just wanna put this up now and such. The name will more than likely change.
ENJOY!!
P.S.: The title is a quote by Hitler. I am not a Neo-Nazi, I just found this quote and the personality of the person who said it to fit the antagonist.

Chapter 1
Seeking The Power
He sat, alone, in the dark of the rundown base. In the command center, sparks were still escaping from whatever bit of wiring they originated from, illuminating, for a mere second, a small area in its vicinity. Scanners and radar screens were black and without power. Chairs, which were used to seat the previous crew, sat rusted along with most of the metallic structuring of the room. The same went for every room he visited so far: battle room, file room, hanger, and medical bay. All lay as a resting-place for disheveled equipment and luxuries.
"What a mess." He said calmly, not at all revealing emotion. "To think a well run base as fine as this would fall into dishevelment. It saddens me."
The feline looked through the window provided, allowing an excellent view of the barren, frozen wasteland of Fichina. The cold winds blew over the surface, kicking up a small cloud of ice. The silver and black feline stared intently, as if waiting for something to happen…
Waiting for an answer…
Waiting…
"Sir," came a feeble voice behind him, "the base was cleared, no one is left."
The feline turned to the voice to see his little cliché of evil intentions. His little assistant, the brown rat known as Terrance.
"Very good. However, the search seemed quite unnecessary. Just by looking at the base, it's obvious no one would find this of any use."
"Well, sir," Terrance said, yet again in a weak voice, "there are more possibilities than that-"
"I know about that!" He slammed his hand on the nearby chair. The rat quivered at the sudden raise in his voice. "You very well know what I meant. It seemed as though it would have been uninhabited. You know me, Terrance, I say things even when my immediate action would go somewhat against it."
"Yes, sir. Sorry, sir."
"Now," the feline began, "we get this base up and running. I want the first procedure started by tomorrow."
"Yes sir." Terrance continued to shake, not moving from his position mere feet from his master, frozen from fear.
"NOW, TERRANCE, NOW!" His voice echoed through the room. Terrance ran out the door he came through, his feet fast enough to only graze the surface and make a small sweeping sound.
The feline turned back to the view of Fichina's wasteland. His plan unfolding as he contemplated, he smiled.
Gen. Max Richards didn't feel very set, even when he was a week from retirement. The exhausted badger served on Fichina's main base for most of his life, and his contract was about up. He was looking forward to a quiet life with his wife, whom he would be granted the greatest pleasure of actually seeing everyday.
"Richards, sir!" Came the voice of his right hand man, a young lynx, Col. Ken Tessing. "Sir, we have an unusual reading."
"Where?" Richards' gruff voice only further proved his need of retirement.
"South west, 473.2 kilometers from here. It seems to be coming from an abandoned base."
Richards knew all too well of the base being used. It was the only on that part of Fichina's surface. It was closed due to abnormally cold temperatures, which was the result of several deaths. It didn't seem possible that something like this could be happening.
"Sent a small squadron to check it out."
"Yes, sir." He turned to leave, but turned his head back to the commander he always looked up to. "And sir? It's been a privilege working under you. I know your contract won't end until next week, but…"
"I understand. You want to let me know as much as possible."
"Yes sir."
"…It's been an honor to have you as a comrade." They both smiled. "Now, go get that squadron ready."
"Yes sir." Tessing said for the third time in the past minute. He went off to carry out his commander's whim. The door slid shut behind him.
The air felt warmer in the bridge yet still had a haunting and very foreboding aura.
Terrance feebly walk back into the bridge after the door welcomed him by sliding open. He approached his master.
"Uh…s-sir?" He designated him.
"Yes, Terrance?" The feline asked, very carefree. He was lounging in the chair with his head on one armrest and his legs up on the other, eating grapes the same way an emperor would. He spun the chair around so as to fully see his quivering assistant. "Is it operational?" Terrance nodded to the delight of the feline. "Splendid. Get it up and running. I want to play with my new toy." His playful metaphor didn't lift the mood to the rat standing before him. He stood, frozen like before. "NOW!"
Almost like he had an energy jolt, he shot across the room and out the door.
Solar was now coming up over the gargantuan glaciers, giving the ice an orange tinge, and casting a shadow where the light couldn't quite reach. The silver in the feline's fur shone brightly, like the gleam of the base's hull, and his sapphire blue eyes did the same. His first triumph, he knew, was near.
He licked his lips and purred quietly. "And now, I play the waiting game."
Hope you enjoyed that first part. That cat's intentions might come as a bit of a surprise to you. I'll still be answering your reviews, maybe with a little help from the others. so if you want someone in particular to answer your review at the end of next chapter, let us know.
