Chihiro's POV

Why don't I date?

People have been asking me that for a while. Sadly, I'm never able to give them a straight answer.

The most elaborate thing that's come out of my mouth on this subject is 'I'm waiting for Him.'

After that, they ask me who 'Him' is.

And, the weirdest thing is, I have no clue myself.

Every time I try and remember all I remember are a pair of jade green eyes and something about a promise.

I looked up at the moon from my window and smiled absently as an image of a white dragon flashed in my mind.

I'll wait. For who, I don't really remember. But, I will.

For as long as it takes.
