Colonel Sarah MacKenzie cocked her head sideways. Why was the Lieutenant looking at her so funny? A blonde girl next to the Lieutenant tried to get her attention, but failing to do so turned instead to see what she was staring at. Then she too started staring. Mac felt very odd and looked over at Harm.

"Nonchalantly look behind you and tell me if those girls are staring at me."

Harm gave her a weird look and stretched, glancing behind him. In the meantime two other girls had pulled the blonde's attention away, but all three kept glancing over at Mac while the Lieutenant kept on staring. "I see a Navy girl staring at you, yeah," he said, "who is she?"

"I have no idea. This is really creepy, like twilight zone."

"Yeah, because all Twilight Zone episodes have to do with someone staring at you in the middle of the mall on a Saturday. No, I'm thinking more like Chop Poker or something, not freakish staring Lieutenant."

"Ack! I don't know, Harm, one of her friends is coming this way and she's all dressed in black!"

Harm's eyes widened in shock at Mac, "Mac! Calm down!"

"Hey, what's your name?"

"Uh, Mac…" she said nervously.

This put the girl off a beat. "Oh…" she said, "are you in JAG?"

Mac glanced over at Harm freaked out. He had his eyebrows raised at the goth girl, not knowing what to make of her. Mac looked back at the girl. "I'm A JAG, yes, why?" she said, Twilight Zone music playing in her head.

The goth paused again, digesting that, the looked back up at Mac and smiled. "Okay, thank you!" she said and left.

Mac looked back at Harm. "What was that!"

Harm smirked slightly and started singing the Twilight Zone theme song.

Mac sacked him on the arm, "I'm serious, they're still being freaky!"

Harm shook his head, "Just eat your burger, Mac."

"No, Harm I'm being for real here!"

"Okay," he said, "what're they doing now?"

"Okay," Mac said, obviously feeling better now that Harm was taking her seriously, "the Lieutenant is still standing there staring at me. The goth girl and another girl who looks like she just stepped out of the eighties are trying to get her to leave but she is just shoving them off of her, and the blonde girl is standing off to the side grinning."

Mac gave Harm an odd look at the knock at the door. They were in her office discussing a case and weren't expecting anyone. Harm looked at his watch, "It's 1028, isn't our new apprentice supposed to be here soon?"

"Oh yeah," Mac said, "Enter!"

The door opened and the same Lieutenant from two days before entered. "Lieutenant Valleri MoonStorm reporting for duty ma'am," she said, standing at attention.

"Harm! I told you! It's her!" Mac said, standing up and freaking out.

Harm just laughed at her.
