A/N I was challenged to write a oneshot that took place in a public restroom. You people are weird, don't take it personally though xD So this is basically what I thought should have happened when Fabian kissed Joy.
Fabian ran towards Amber. "Where's Nina?" he asked, wondering where she had gone just a moment before.
"She's in the bathroom." Amber scoffed as Fabian tried to enter the girls' restroom. "Fabian, it's the GIRLS' room. You're not going in there," she laughed slightly.
"Amber... Please! I need to talk to Nina. I really... I really, um. I really do." he stuttered nervously, Amber biting her lip, debating whether or not to let him in.
"Go..." she sighed. She knew she couldn't keep them apart, even if Nina hated him right then. Nina was pacing back and forth, sniffling as Fabian peeked in the door.
"Nina..." he whispered gently, stepping inside. Nina stopped in her tracks and breathed heavily.
"You said you didn't have feelings for Joy," she squeaked, sobbing. Fabian grabbed her shoulders and looked her dead in the eyes.
"And I don't."
"So why did you kiss her?"
"I thought she was you..." he whispered reassuringly. Nina stopped sniffling for a moment and looked at him. Her lip quivered. Fabian thought, crap, crap, I'm a moron!
"You mean... You wanted to kiss me?" she smiled, barely audible. The only thing Nina could hear was her heart beating super fast and Fabian's steady breathing. He nodded quickly and she inched closer.
"I still do."
Nina looked at his pleading eyes and just couldn't say no. She quickly touched their lips together and blushed, pulling away rapidly. "Um,"
"So... The whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing?" Fabian asked, tilting his head in confusion.
"I think it could work." she smiled, kissing his cheek.
