April 9th 2014
54 Year old wrestling legend Kevin Nash was dressed in a black suit, pants, and shoes for one reason, he was visiting a late friend of his that just passed away a few days ago. His name was James Brian Hellwig but man knew him better as the Ultimate Warrior. When Kevin was first making mves and progress in the WWE as Diesel and Oz he feuded with the Ultimate Warrior and even though they didn't always get along they had respect for each other as wrestlers and as men. To the point that now that he was gone he had to say some words of his own to him, he had too much respect for for James to not visit his grave and say some words of his own to him.
Kevin's best friend, Scott Hall better known in WWE as Razor Ramon walked up to him, his trademark toothpick in his mouth. "Hey yo." He said in the Razor character's Cuban accent.
"Scott!" Kevin said in surprise. He noticed his old friend from his Kliq and nWo days immedately once he left his car. "I should've know you were going to be here man." The 7-foot star said with a smile on his face.
"Of course I am chico. Can't believe the big fella's gone. We JUST saw him." Scott stated in disbelief.
"I know. I just saw him on Raw the other day and he looked good to me." Kevin nodded in agreement.
"I think the roids got to the big fella." Scott answered sadly.
Given Kevin's natural size and presence he never had a use for steroids despite wrestling in a time where only the biggest and strongest wrestlers in the United States and he knew men who took them, Warrior being one of them. "I know but I thought he got clean. Guy hasn't wrestled in years." Kevin answered.
"I don't think he did take them recently, but the residual effects got him." Scott explained, sniffling a little.
"Makes sense." Kevin nodded. "But lets do this, we're here to see James after all man." He added softly.
"Yeah let's go." Scott agreed.
Kevin had a small bag of black roses in his right hand, a final sign of respect and love for a fellow wrestler while he and Scott entered the cemetery in search of Warrior's grave.
Scott followed, carrying a mix of black and red roses.
"Here it is..." Kevin said in a solemn tone once the found the gravesite of James Brian Hellwig, better known as The Ultimate Warrior.
"This wasnt supposed to happen...not yet." Scott lamented.
"He's way too young. I remember talking to him days before the ceremony...I can't believe he's gone now." Kevin said with sadness in his throat.
"Say hi to Chris and Owen for us James.." Scott murmured, visibly shaken.
Tears fell from Kevin's eyes, he had to let it out, "We won't ever forget you James, we'll wrestle in heaven together one day."
"That would be too SWEEEEEEEEEEEET!" Scott bellowed, laughing inspite of himself.
That lifted Kevin's spirits a bit which made the tears slow down while he kneeled down to lay the black roses at James' gravestone.
Scott laid down his, smiling. "See ya in the heavenly ring Warrior."
Kevin stood up and smiled a little. He made peace with an old friend and it made him happy.
"You okay Kev?" Scott asked softly.
"Yeah." Kevin nodded. Warrior lived a good, full, life and Kevin said his final words to his friend.
"Let's go." He said softly.
Scott nodded, wrapping an arm around Kevin as the duo affectionately known as The Outsiders left the gravesite which read on the grave 'James Brian Hellwig better known as WWE's The Ultimate Warrior. A larger-than-life personality that was beloved by all, and won't soon be forgotten. 1959-2014'
The End!
