On the first day of Christmas…
Itachi was spotted at the pet store. He later returned to Kisame, only to hold out a partridge in a plastic pear tree. "The bird is too noisy. Take it. Some homeless piece of shit threw it at me since he couldn't take care of it." Kisame had no idea what it meant.
On the second day of Christmas…
Itachi approaches Kisame, holding 2 clay figurines. "Deidara made these stupid things for me. Take them," and they were hastily stuffed into his large abominable hands. They were two birds…doves? But…they had turtle shells.(1) As the Sharingan master passed the blonde artist, he slipped him some money for more art supplies.(2)
On the third day of Christmas…
Somehow, Kisame ended up holding 3 hens, each wearing a thin moustache, clad in a black and white striped shirt as well as sporting a red beret. Who knows?
On the fourth day of Christmas…
"Itachi-san, could you close the window? There are these 4 parrots outside; they won't stop calling my name! Damn fan girls I didn't even know about." The window was reluctantly closed.
On the fifth day of Christmas…
Itachi mindlessly threw 5 golden rings to Kisame, the blue-skinned man swiftly catching them. "Take them. Fucking fan girls. They're all too big."
On the sixth day of Christmas…
"What kind of eggs are these?!" Kisame questioned to himself aloud, prodding at 6 different enormous ovals.
On the seventh day of Christmas…
"Oh! Oh!! Look it!" Deidara squealed, pointed out the door. Kisame glances out to find Itachi feeding 7 swans and sketching them as they gracefully dunked their heads to the water.
The picture was later located in Kisame's desk drawer.
Oh the eighth day of Christmas…
8 bloody bonnets lay on Kisame's bed, mysteriously lingering, with the scent of Uchiha clouding them. Yet, he still wondered…Where were they from…or who…?
On the ninth day of Christmas…
"I raided a young child's room after killing her family and sending her away to Zetsu. She had this…music box." Konoha's hidden nin opened it to show the shark-like man 9 ballerinas skating about, dancing gracefully.
On the tenth day of Christmas…
Itachi showed Kisame the new Hokage's picture. There were 10 of her, bunshins no doubt. Kisame chuckled at the dazed look upon her face, but also wondered why most were jumping…rather leaping in joy?
On the eleventh day of Christmas…
"Why the hell are there so many pipes on our doorstep??" I guess someone misinterpreted. The Samehade wielder sighed in aggravation and cleaned the mess.
On the twelfth day of Christmas…
Itachi wheeled in. "Chicken for dinner!!" (3) The S-ranked criminal pulled out 10 drumsticks.
Christmas…
Itachi hummed his favorite Christmas carol. Kisame knew nothing about it, that is, he didn't…until he received a very nice card. Addressed to Kisame, from Itachi. The lyrics to the sing titled "12 Days of Christmas" were listed. Under each, though, was a drawing, or picture, of what Kisame received everyday since Itachi was found slinking about the Pet Store.
It took him a while to discover the back.
On Christmas Day, my true love gave to me, his heart sealed with a nice kiss. Kisame attempted not to blush and turned to meet nose to nose with the one and only Uchiha Itachi. He leaned in and pressed their lips together.
Sealed with a kiss; a heart was drawn underneath, with vivid detail. Now, Kisame finally got the song…and maybe why Itachi was acting so funny too.
The idea just sort of came to me as I wrote my other Christmas Fic. X3 Happy Early Merry Kurisumasu!!! n-n
