I am not in love with her! She is my best friend and I've known her since we were two, but I don't love her. She's saying something to me and chewing on her bottom lip, she only does that when she's nervous. I'm trying to find something that defines her as an individual. There is no doubt that she is beautiful. She has tanned skin, long brown hair, brown eyes and a petite figure and she is one of the smartest people in our school but at school the thing that defines her is that she is Troy Bolton's best friend and the only person in the entire school who doesn't take his crap. Who is Troy Bolton you ask? He's East High's God, Captain of the basketball team and he's hot, the hottest guy in school but then again I'm biased, why you ask? Because my name is Troy Bolton and the girl next to me who I'm trying to define is Gabriella Montez.
"Troy Bolton are you even listening to me?" She hissed at me and I gave a small chuckle at the look on her face.
"Relax Brie. I heard everything you just said and yes I will take you to the party on the weekend," I replied and she gave me a weary smile. The bell sung and we made our way out of the classroom. As soon as we were out of the door a blonde hair girl leeched onto my arm, which I quickly disengaged. I didn't do any type of PDA. The girl was Cheyenne Miller, my girlfriend for the week.
"Troysie I missed you that teacher was so boring talking about pizza," Cheyenne whined and I rolled my eyes.
"Cheyenne she was talking about Piarje, the theorist," I replied and Gabriella chuckled next to me.
"IS there something funny Gabrielle?" Cheyenne asked with a stony face.
"It's Gabriella and I was just laughing at how much dumber cheerleaders are than the normal population," Gabriella said and I snorted whilst Cheyenne huffed.
"You think you're so smart."
"I don't think, I know," Gabriella said, mocking her. "Hey Troy I'll see you later, if I stick around I feel I might get dumber," she said kissing my cheek and walking off.
"Why do you let her kiss you in public and not me," Cheyenne whined and pouted he lip.
"Because she's Gabriella and you're not," I answered before walking off.
It was Friday night and I had just finished getting ready for the party and was on my way to pick up Gabi. I walked up her steps and into her house not bothering to knock, she was the only one home
