For Leesie.

Hopefully, this is better than fwopping people...

And yes, it's fluffy.

Inspired by Shania Twain's "Forever and For Always".

"Leesie? Leesie, babe, are you awake?"

The woman in question groaned, rolling over and dragging the blankets over her head. The response wasn't good enough for her boyfriend as he shook her shoulder harder.

"Leesie, are you awake?"

"I am now." She muttered groggily, rolling to her back and looking up into the eager face of one John Cena. "You know people sleep at night, don't you?"

"C'mon, get up." John said, completely avoiding the question as he just smiled wider, dimples still apparent in the dark.

Without even thinking about it, she grabbed a pillow and flung it at him, not caring if she hit or missed as she rolled back over and shut her eyes. It was one of the few days that F4 wasn't touring, and it was her goal to catch up on her sleep.

Waking up at ungodly hours in the morning was definitely not an exception.

But that didn't faze Cena in the slightest, as he just leaned down and started whispering in the bassist's ear.

"C'mon baby, get up. I want to show you something."

No reply. Not even a gesture for him to leave her alone.

"Please Lees, it'll be worth it. I promise."

There was a muffled noise, but nothing distinguishable.

Still, the Superstar remained undeterred and knew that this was going to call for drastic measures. Grabbing handfuls of the blanket, he pulled it clean off the slumbering rockstar, exposing her to the cold chill of the room.

"Can you get up now?" he asked hopefully, disposing of the blankets.

Sitting up and looking less than impressed, she let out a dramatic sigh. "This had better be worth it."

John's smile grew as he lightly kissed his girlfriend's forehead. "I promise you, it will be."

Nearly two hours later, after showering and dressing, Leesie stepped out of one of her boyfriend's many vehicles into the parking lot of...

"The beach, John?" she asked incredulously, resisting the urge to turn and smack him upside the head. "You dragged me out of bed at four-thirty in the morning to come to the beach?"

John gave a cheesy grin as he wrapped his arm around her waist. "Just c'mon. I promised you it'd be worth it."

Rolling her eyes, she let him lead her down the sandy beach, stopping as they got closer to the water to take off her flip-flops, John following suit with his socks and sneakers. The tide washed over their feet as they walked hand in hand along the water, the sky the dull gray before dawn.

"John, where are we going?"

He was silent for a moment before he stopped suddenly, looking at the horizon. "Here."

Before she could react, John had his arms around Leesie's waist, her back against his chest as they watched the horizon, the sun slowly bursting above the water.

To her, it wasn't all that exciting or even worth getting out of bed for. John's warm embrace was nice, but there really was no point for her.

"John..." Leesie whined, turning to face the Superstar. "You couldn't have let me sleep?"

He smiled sweetly, taking a few steps back, his hand dipping into his jeans' pocket. "I was kinda hoping you'd be in a better mood when I did this, but..."

The dimples were as present as always, his blue eyes sparkling in the morning's light as he pulled his hand out, moving it behind his back. Kneeling, he looked up at Leesie, whose face fell significantly.

"I know... I know that we've been apart more than we've been together, but there's no denying that fire when we're together. And there ain't no way, I'm letting you go now. There ain't no way, and there ain't no how. I never want to see that day. Leesie, baby, I want to keep you forever and for always.

"Will you marry me?"
