Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not?
Also known as two times Katherine asked David to kiss her, and one time David asked Katherine to kiss him.

Because I like to think of Katherine as a headstrong girl who would say things like 'are you gonna kiss me or not?'
One:
The first time they kissed, it was a warm afternoon by the lake. It was their second date and they were having a picnic. There was a comfortable lull in the conversation as they looked out over the peaceful water. David breathed in and could only smell the flowery perfume that he already knew was Katherine's favourite. He looked around and at the picnic basket, almost awkwardly. What now? The date was almost over.
Katherine looked at her date, smirking lightly. She noticed his awkward glance at her and giggled, moving her hand to cover his. Immediately, he lifted his head to look at her. She smiled a challenging grin.
"Are you gonna kiss me or not?"
David looked at her, smiling.
"Sure." He leaned in and brushed his lips against her. At that moment, his mind went blank except for one thought: I love this woman.
Two:
It had been five years the two had been dating when David realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Katherine. Slightly terrified at that thought, he flailed to Wes for five minutes until Wes assured him all of Windsor House had bets on how long it would be until David proposed.
Finally, the day came that Wes convinced David to propose. He hadn't been meaning to do it that day - it just… happened. The couple had been standing in the Windsor common room, getting ready to say goodbye for the week. The light had hit Katherine's eyes in such a way that made them glow like molten gold. David had dropped to one knee, pulling the little blue box from his pocket. Katherine gasped and smiled.
"Kathy…five years ago, one kiss made me realize I loved you. I think this question is long overdue, especially as all my friends have bets going on when I would ask, but…Katherine Rivers, will you marry me?"
Katherine smiled as she looked at him, and simply said "Are you gonna kiss me or not?"
And so he did, slipping the diamond ring on her finger.
One:
Standing by the same lake where they first kissed, David looked at Katherine. It had been a long road, but they had made it to this point. And here she was, standing before him, a vision in white.
"Do you, David Sullivan, take Katherine to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
David smiled. "I do."
"And do you, Katherine Rivers, take David to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
Katherine nodded. "I do."
David lifted the veil from his fiancee- wife's face, grinning at her. She smiled back, and he sang softly as the boys in the background accompanied him:
Are you gonna kiss me or not
Are we gonna do this or what
Look at all the love that we've got
And it ain't never gonna stop
Are you gonna kiss me or notYeah baby I love you a lot
I really think we've got a shot
Are you gonna kiss me or not…
