Len opened his locker.

He had several valentines, mostly because he was the hottest football player. The girls went crazy over him. Heck, even some guys did. Thing is, he was gay. He was straight as a cracked road. Plus, he already had his eyes set on someone. Piko Utatane.

Piko Utatane was something else. He had mismatched eyes, one was blue and the other green and the other blue. He was in stage crew, he helped the drama committee make the plays. He also had an amazing voice, he told Len that his favorite band was Foster The People. He once heard Piko singing in the bathroom. He was short, there was no way he could be taller than 5'4. Normally, this wouldn't be considered short for a fourteen year old. But compared to the other kids, he was short. He had long white hair, and he had a cowlick. He was actually really curvy too.

He and Len had Math together, they actually sat next to each other.

Len finished gathering the Valentines and putting them in his book bag. He would look at him with his sister later.

His sister. His sister was the reason why Piko and him met. She was best friends with Piko since the fifth grade. They had a bunch of classes together, which made Len kind of jealous.

After he finished gathering the Valentines up, he watched Piko collect his valentines and scan through them. Len had actually given Piko two Valentines, one from him, and one from a 'secret' admirer. Piko had actually got a lot of Valentines, but mostly from guys.

Piko was bisexual, so gay guys knew it was safe to give him valentines. There was one specific guy, Fukase. He was crazy about Piko, and he better chance since he was the hottest guy in the school, and everyone loved him, even though he only wanted Piko, which made Len kind of jealous.

Len watched Fukase sneak up on Piko. Len was close enough so he could here their conversation.

"Did you get my Valentine?" Piko asked, hugging Piko from behind.

Piko rolled his eyes.

"Yes. Can you get off me?"
Fukase pouted but complied.

Len glared at Fukase. Fukase noticed and smirked, and hugged Piko's waist tighter, knowing that Len wouldn't do anything. Piko glared at Fukase.

Len gathered up the courage and walked up to Piko.

"We have math now. Want to walk together?" Len asked as casually as he could.

Piko nodded. "Sure,"

Len smirked at Fukase knowing he scored.

Before Piko left, Fukase tried kissing Piko's cheek, but Piko turned at last minute, causing them to lock lips. There was nothing Len could do but watch in horror.

People in the background murmured and squealed.

Fukase took advantage of the kiss and tried putting his arms around Piko, but Piko pulled away in horror, holding his mouth.

"Really Fukass?" Piko asked angrily, storming of to class without Len.

Fukase smirked at Len.

"Better make a move soon, banana boy." Fukase stated, sending him a smirk right before he headed to his next class.

Len clenched his fist and gritted his teeth in anger as he headed to his next class, Math with Piko.

He plopped his stuff next to Piko, who was angrily writing the answer to the warmup. He wanted an excuse to talk Piko, so he decided to ask for a pencil.

"Uh, Piko? Can I borrow a pencil?" He asked.

Piko glanced at Len.

"Hm? Sure," Piko said, handing Len a pencil.

"Thanks." Len thanked, even though he didn't really need one. Piko didn't sound too mad. Probably because these sort of things usually happened between Fukase. He saw a couple of people taking pictures during the kiss, if Fukase and Piko became a couple, they would be the hottest couple, and Len wouldn't have a chance with Piko.

He really liked Piko, heck maybe he loved him. But that wasn't going to happen anytime soon, due to the turn of events.

At the end of class, Piko left before Len, giving Len a 'nice view'.

Len was determined to get Piko.
