"Sakura, I want you to come with me", Sasuke spoke softly to his pink haired teammate. She was on the verge of tears.
"I know you love me, Sakura. I want you to come with me. Isn't that what you wish for?" Sasuke's unusually soft voice rang in Sakura's ears.
"Sasuke, why are you leaving? Why do you want me to come with you?" She managed to whisper.
"Because I love you. And I want you to come with me because I can't stay here with you", his answer was so simple but it made Sakura feel so confused. He didn't even really speak to her before now. Sasuke took her hand gently, but it still made her wince a bit. Though he doubted it was from pain.

"Let's go, Sakura. Right now", Sasuke said calmly to his now sobbing teammate.
"But what about everyone else?" She asked softly, tears streaming down her cheeks.
"No one else needs to know right now. Not Naruto, not Kakashi. They'd only try to stop us", Sasuke gripped her hand a little harder.
"Sasuke…" Sakura whispered hoarsely.
"We'll get out of here and go anywhere else. Just you and me", he replied.

"I've wanted to leave for a while now, but I couldn't bear to leave you behind, Sakura. Please come with me, and we can be happy, together", Sasuke's voice sounded almost pleading now.
"I don't know…" Sakura was fighting back more tears.

"I…" Sakura trailed off.
"Yes…?" Sasuke leaned in closer.
"…Alright…" She managed to whisper, crying for all she was worth now. Goodbye Naruto. Goodbye Kakashi. Goodbye Ino. Goodbye to everyone they cared about.
