I'm not even trying anymore...

Wrote this some time ago; wanted to rewrite/edit, but to hell with it.

Enjoy, blah, blah, blah...

Also, I made a new side account: pretentioushipster. That profile will be sarcasm ahoy! And for some reason hyperlinking is not working for me. Anyone know the reason?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found out. I scarcely read the news from FanFiction homepage. Damn spammers. (._.)9

Indirect Sweetheart

"Hey, Bebe, did you find my lipstick yet?" Wendy pulled up the couch cushions wondering where her makeup headed off to. She pushed the cushions back and head to her room, thinking that she might have missed a spot. She opened the door and found Bebe in front of her dresser... with her favorite lipstick in her hands.

"Why do you have my lipstick?"

Bebe forced out a small chuckle. "Umm. . ."

Wendy placed her hips on her hips as it was a habit that she could not just quit cold turkey. She put on an unamused face and rolled her eyes. "What, do you take all my other makeup as well?"

Bebe shot up in anger, "No, I don't!" She cowered in fear and shame again. "It's just that," she averted her blue eyes from Wendy's, "y-you used this on your lips, and when I took it, I used it on mine."

Wendy stared at her close friend like she was mental. "What?"

It was Bebe's turn to roll her eyes as she continued to watch her normally-intelligent sweetie-pie try to make sense of this situation. "It was the only way to touch your lips," she explained with a rare quiet voice.

Wendy stopped in the middle of thinking. What did she just say? A-a kiss? A kiss, stupid! Wendy widened her eyes in realization and flushed a bright pink upon her cheeks. Bebe has been her best friend for years and could be compared to the girl equivalent to Stan and Kyle, but for her friend to think of her to be more than a friend? She questioned it for a while, a mild face settling on her face.

Bebe frowned deeply, almost ruining the effect her makeup gave. Was Wendy mad? Confused, in denial? She grew suspicious when Wendy finally smiled and approached her. Bebe squeezed her eyes shut, nearly wreaking her eyeliner and mascara. She shot them open when she felt soft, light lips pressed against hers.

Wendy pulled back to get a better look at the surprised face on her girly-girl. She giggled. She hooked arms with Bebe and gave her another kiss on the cheek. "You know, if you want a kiss, all you need to is ask."
