When Tirek was re-imprisoned and the power he stole was returned, a small portion of every ponies power was not returned.
Chpt 1.
A small orb of light hovered above the ground, lowering slowly to the ground. when it touched the ground a young alicorn filly appeared. Confused but curios she stood up, and walked toward ponyville. - "Hello, welcome to carousel boutique!" Rarity said cheerily but a little shocked anypony would leave their house to go shopping on a stormy night like this on. When she took sight upon the young alicorn filly she went from shocked to stunned. "Hello" the filly said timidly. "H-hello" stuttered Rarity. She decided somthing very strange was going on and tomorrow when it stopped raining she would ask twilight about it. "Darling, you must be freezing, you can stay here tonight, follow me?" hesitantly the filly followed. Rarity offered her a towel and some hot coco. "Thank you" "If you don't mind my asking, what is your name?" asked Rarity "name?" She said "What do people call you dear?" The filly stared awkwardly at her "Very well how about Dawn?" Dawn grinned "Yeah" She said enthusiastically Rarity set up a bed for her and they both went to sleep. The next day Rarity took Dawn to see Twilight. - Twilight was reading in the library in her new castle when she heard a rhythmic knock on the door. "come in" Twilight mumbled lost in her book. KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK "come on in" she mumbled again "oh, COME IN!" she shouted finally processing that someone had knocked on the door. "Twilight darling we need your help!" Rarity said as she walked in. "Yes with what" Rarity pushed the door further open to revile a young turquoise alicorn filly with a dark blue mane.
