Caroline combed her digits through her long, leucous curls a frown creased on her glossed, coral margins. Graduation had come and gone and since her last meeting with Klaus all Caroline could think about was him, on numerous occasions she had contemplated ringing him. Telling him everything that she wanted to do with him, travel the world. See Paris, Italy the world. Since when had Caroline developed such strong feelings towards the man no, the –monster- who had made her and her friends lives a living hell. Attempting to ignore the thoughts which crowded her mind Caroline quickly informed her mother of her sudden departure and exited the small house. The sun bore down on Caroline as she wandered aimlessly down the deserted streets of Mystic Falls until a loud gun shot echoed in the streets. Caroline looked down in a mixture of shock and horror at the wound where the crimson liquid oozed out staining the lace blouse which clung to her slim frame. Letting out a cry she dove her delicate digits into the wound grasping the small wooden bullet and pulling it from her ivory skin and dropping it to the pavement below her yet a dull pain could still be felt in the now healed wound. Pivoting on the spot a silhouette of a man could be seen resting against the side of a building only a few yards from where Caroline stood. A rush of darkness began to consume Caroline as she crashed to the floor unconscious...

Where am I? Was the first thought which rushed to her head as she struggled to open her moss tinted hues, the location of where the bullet had impacted with her skin now made its presence know as a sharp pain rippled through her body causing her to scream. Caroline knew this pain all too well, werewolf venom. She needed Klaus, but he was gone. The sick feeling in her stomach laid there as a single tear ran down her cheek. She was going to die. "Yes. Yes I've got the girl.. Are you sure this will work? Will he come for her?" A glimpse of hope danced in hues as she instantly knew who the men were talking about. He was miles away though and even if they found him he wouldn't come. Caroline's death was quickly approaching and she couldn't do anything to stop it she had so much she had left to do, so much more left to say. Who would tell her mother she'd died? She couldn't go to collage with Elena or Bonnie any more, she couldn't go to lectures with them.. Miss classes with them all of the plans she had made were gone.

How do you like it? Sorry to leave it on such a cliff-hanger I'll continue it if I get any reviews! Also it will be M for later chapters..
