Sorrow
Dean likes girls. All colours and shapes.
Sam doesn't.
He doesn't even like boys.
He likes Dean. He likes Dean a lot.
That's why whenever Dean sneaks out to hook up with his newest date; Sam just curls up and cries himself to sleep.
He misses Dean's body next to him. He often fakes his nightmares just to get as close to his brother as possible.
He's hoping that one day Dean will change his mind about leaving him for random chicks.
That he'll see in Sam what Sam sees in him.
Until then, all he can do is cry.
