Blood
He knows that he shouldn't be doing this. And every time he does, he tells himself it's the last time.
He's lying to himself.
He waits until Dean's dead asleep and then he approaches him, gently opening an old wound, so that Dean wouldn't find out.
And then he tastes the overwhelming sweetness of his brother's blood. Just a little bit will do.
He would never hurt Dean. And Dean would never hurt him. That's why they're still together, even after what happened.
But the smell of Dean's blood is just way too tempting. And sometimes, he just gives in.
