"Hey Bella, do you want to have sex now" Jacob said trying to subtly flex his muscles but actually being really obvious about it.
"Jacob,I've already told you that Edward will eternally hold my mind, soul, and body" Bella said with a slightly melodramatic edge.
"But Bella it's been seven months since he left you and I can't get you out of my mind, I want us to have some sort of relationship, I'll even settle if we were just friends with benefits" Jacob whined kinda pathetically but someone that really knew him knew that he was about to lose his temper soon.
"I'm sorry Jake but I can't take you constantly pressuring me into having sex with you, I only love you as a brother" Bella said with a bit more melodramatics.
"Bella I refuse to let you continue being so hung up on a leach" Jacob said taking a menacing step forward.
Scared Bella replied to that by saying"Fine we can go into a sexual relationship but just remember that Edward will always hold my heart"Jacob responded to that by taking Bella into his arms with a kiss and then proceeding to do very, uhh, M rated things with her.
At age 20 Bella was forced into marrying Jacob by Jacob who had become physically abusive though even when he was beating her up he praised her with godlike worship.
Jacob grew up and became an intensely rich and successful car company owner making on average about 50 million dollars every year. He continued to abuse Bella all throughout her life and supported her with his money until he was killed by a vampire at 36, Bella supported herself with his money after his death.
