I whipped (cream) up this short drabble just because I needed a break from my current writing project, which is a oneshot that's taking way too long to finish.
Sorry for the Sakura-bashing and Ino-bashing.
Raise your hand if you can't wait for summer! *waves hand emphatically*
Yamanaka Ino sashayed past Uchiha Sasuke, who leaned against the side of Konoha's library. He looked as hot as ever, and Ino squealed with excitement in her mind.
Earlier, she prepared for this "spur-of-the-moment" encounter by reapplying her Super Glossy #17 lip gloss and by touching up the brown roots of her "natural" blonde hair. Equipped with her favorite off-the-shoulder top and a pair of super skinny jeans, she sent Sasuke a flirtatious look…
…which he didn't even notice.
Not to be taken down so easily (although she had a reputation as being an easy girl), Ino turned around and walked past Sasuke again. When he didn't even notice her the second time, Ino frowned. She turned around and stormed up to Sasuke. She jabbed a perfectly manicured finger at his chest.
"What do you think you're doing? You're supposed to be noticing how cute I look!" she demanded, adding a stomp of her foot for good measure.
Sasuke tossed her an indifferent glance.
"I'm waiting for someone," he stated.
Someone?!? Ino hated that indefinite pronoun. It was so… indefinite. Someone could refer to anybody in the world, including Haruno Sakura... Oh. My. Gawd. It was Sakura, wasn't it? That chick stole Sasuke away from her!
Ino shrieked, "Why would you want someone who has pink hair? It's not even her natural color!"
(She conveniently "forgot" the fact that she dyed her own hair too.)
When Sasuke didn't reply, she added, "She has a huge forehead! Do you think that someone with a giant breeding ground for zits is attractive?"
He didn't seem amused by her other reason. Ino tried a different approach. She batted her eyelashes, glad that she chose to glue on fake eyelashes that morning. If this didn't work, she would eat her shorts—or rather, her super skinny jeans.
"Don't you think you deserve someone better?" she said seductively, tracing a circle on his shoulder.
"Yeah, I do," Sasuke stated and turned his head to the side, "Let's go, Hinata. You're late."
"Sorry," the shy girl squeaked.
Yamanaka Ino gaped as she watched Sasuke and Hinata walk down the street, holding hands.
She silently wondered what super skinny jeans tasted like.
