Flash felt the warm water rush against his skin soaking up all the satisfaction that it gave him. Soon he climbed out of the water. He had been sensing something for days and this place helped him think. He was in the Realm of Serentia which floated high above the the realm of Serenas. Once it had been attached to the Serenas but when Arias was brought to Serenas, Serenas felt that the sacred grove needed to be protected from the evil growing within it. After he banished him from Garia, the whole universe, forever. In time the pit in which Serentia left there grew a city called Sereia. This was Flash's home town where peace and prosperity thrived. Over time the Story of Serentia was but an legend in Serenas.
Serentia was the most beatiful place in Garia. Right in the center was an enormous lake. To the north-west side of the lake there was a giant waterfall that stood 65ft above it all. At the top of the waterfall there was a river that flowed up in spiral. The things that made the river strange were, how would you say it... out of the ordinary. The thing was that there was nothing to hold the riverbed up. At the highest point of the river there was another waterfall that seemed to spiral down from the heavens, which in fact it did. The river at the top bent the other way to but more twisty and with more turns.
Surrounding the lake were two forests. One was barren and deserted. The other side was a prospering, striving forest that held lots of life. Flash was often running through these woods as he was now because at the end of the forest lay the edge of the realm of Serentia. This was always the edge he used because below it was the point that was farthest away from the city. if he dropped down in the middle of the city it would make quite a disturbance. even though it seemed impossible that a 15 year old boy would be able to jump from an unimaginable height of 3 miles to solid ground, he still does it somehow. But as he looked back at the beautiful lake between the trees there was no doubt that this boy could land safely as he backflipped of the Realm of Serentia with a whoop.
Change to 1st Person
As I Plummeted downward toward Sereia you think I would be pretty scared. Oh, sorry to ruin your excitement that I was about to die but I have been doing this for eight years. As I neared the ground I let the electricity charge up inside my body not letting it out till the last second. when I was about twenty feet above the ground I let loose a charge of electricity through my body propelling myself forward at unimaginable speed. "Whooooooo-hoooo!" I yelled in excitement as I picked up speed launching myself into overdrive I zoomed closer and closer to my home town. As I started to get to close I started to turn my body In the oppsite direction of the wind to slow myself down. Finally once I was at a dead standstill I cut off the electricity propelling me an started to sprint down the alleyways of sereia.
