A/N:

Just a sweet little oneshot… with Yukiru.

Disclaimer: Don't own FB yet, folks.

"Y-Yuki…?"

Yuki Sohma looked up from the text book he was reading. Tohru Honda was leaning over him, her face filled with determination and shyness. Yuki smiled in wonder at what the girl had to say.

"Yes, Miss Honda?"

Tohru's mind was racing. She had already organized the whole speech she was going to say. She was frightened, but if all went to plan, she would be overjoyed.

"W-Well… I was just wondering…"

I don't want Yuki to think I'm an idiot Mum! What should I do?

The familiar voice of her Mother came into her mind, telling her to just be herself. Unfortunately for Tohru, Kyoko didn't know how hard it was to do that right now.

"W-Would you come with m-me…"

Yuki blinked at Tohru in confusion. He knew something was up; something important. So, he waited for her to finish. It was rude to interrupt people.

"C-come with me to d-dinner…"

Tohru's throat felt like it was seizing up. Why was she so scared? This was Yuki, one of her best friends! Surely, she could speak to him without dying!

C'mon Tohru… you can do this!

"Yes, Miss Honda?" Yuki repeated, hoping she would say something now that his voice had reassured her.

"Come with me Friday, don't say maybe!" Tohru blurted out, shaking all over. Her face was as dark as the blood that she shed, as she turned away from Yuki, stuttering an incoherent string of words to her balled fists.

Yuki laughed. He stood up and went over to Tohru, leaning on her shoulder, still hacking his guts up in peels of laughter. Tohru thought she might have offended him.

"M-Miss Honda… why didn't you just say so? I'll come with you to dinner of Friday, just tell me the time and where it is!"

Tohru smiled and awkward smile before nodding and going to get a sheet of paper out of her pocket. Once she had found it, she looked up at him.

"And no maybes" Yuki said, still smiling. Tohru handed him the sheet of paper, before running off to her room and shutting the door.

"Phew… I'm glad that's over" Tohru and Yuki mumbled in intuition. Tohru slumped against the door of her bedroom and Yuki sitting on the floor, they both knew, it was going to be an unforgettable Friday, when Friday was to come.

A/N:

That was my first ever Yukiru oneshot. It's hard to write about a coupling I hate, but I did it because I know a lot of people out there enjoy Yukiru (but I don't).

So... review if you thought it was good for my first time.
