(a/n: I don't own Rover, or Blanca, or Animal Crossing in general, and I don't own Everywhere, Michelle Branch does. And sorry if I'm out of character.  So there =P)

I felt like I had just closed my eyes when I openned them to a jarring, shaking sensation. I jolted awake and rubbed my eyes. I was once again on the train. Across from me sat the ever elusive no-faced cat. Her mouth didn't move, seeing as she didn't appear to have one (creepy, neh?!), but she somehow spoke all the same.

"Rover," she said cheerfully, "Rise 'n' shine."

"What's your name?" I asked, yawning and rubbing my eyes. How many times had I asked her that? Every night for almost a year now...

"You'll see someday." she said, nodding her empty head. (I am not trying to offend her, I'm just being honest cause her face is blank and stuff therefore EMPTY.)

She was definitely one odd duck, but she had a unique beauty to her. She was all white, pure white… from head to foot. She was faceless and wore a white dress, the picture of angelic innocence.  Her voice was so melodious… It made me wanna go back to sleep, it was so relaxing. It left me wondering every time… who could this chick be?

"Oh, c'mon!" I exclaimed.

She reached overand touched my face gently, sending shivers racing up and down my spine.

"Help me Rover," she said softly, "….Please help me."

"But--!"

"I'll be waiting." She whispered, and literally started to fade into moonlight. Just…. Poof. Gone.

"Hey! Hey, wait up!" I called after her, and felt the others on the train staring at me. I jumped to my feet. "At least tell me your name!"

But she was gone. I sighed, sinking back down onto the plushie, comfy train bench. There was nothing left to do….

(a/n: longer next chappy I PROMISE!)
