This is in response of nightwingaf tweet about fanficion. Just a preview of a story possibly to come. There is not a lot of plot, so yea... Anyway, hope you guys like (^v^) #TeamRunner

My Name is the Runner. Why the Runner? Names have power, and you do not have power over me. Ever since I turned 6 I've been running, while other girls my age

were playing with dolls and small "cute" things, I was training. Running across town, and expanding from there. To be honest, I liked playing with dolls when I was

younger, but that all changed when I saw "The Chase." My Father had it on and didn't realize I was watching. I was obsessed, secretly I started to train, much to my

parents disapproval. Every year when it aired I hid and watched it, trying to figure out how to beat it. As I grew older, problems started to appear. Officials of the game

itself made it clear that only males could be the target of the Chase, after an incident where a woman was given a chance and failed miserably. That rule only made me

more determined to be part of it. After more and more training I had an idea. "Why not dress up as a male", I thought, "It could work." (A/N This is Family Friendly,

so I'm not mentioning the process, what ever floats your goat will do) As the sign up day approached I mental checked my self. "False ID, Check. Medical

Forms, check. Muscles, check." I was all ready to go. Part of their screening contest was a weight test. As woman were usually had less body mass then men, it weeded

out any who tried to fake it. I had planned by adding food weight for a few days before the test. Thankfully the B.F.A. (Body Fat Analyzer) had been tampered with (Not

my me though) so they just used a scale and went from there. I passed the test and breathed out. I had made it though one of the three tests and the next was right

in front. "This way please," an automated voice said, "The Enrichment center is required to tell you" a sudden pause, "that this is the physical part of your test." It then

drones on about how I would be required to run to see my endurance level. "No sweat", I thought, "I have great endurance." They set me on a type of treadmill I had

never seen before. For one, it was high in the air, and there was no switches. As the machine turns on and I start running, I see that it is no ordinary treadmill. Pop up

obstacles are appearing in my way. Mile after mile I keep running to avoid the things in front of me. *Puff Huff* After a couple hundred miles I cant to much more.

"Better keep them not knowing my full potential" I think as I slow down. A sudden bolt of electricity sparked though me. I had hit one of the obstacles! I didn't know

what to do, I was high in the air, with a moving floor beneath me. I did what I knew how to do very well, Run...
