Love Despite Death (short/one-shot?)
The girl knelt by the bed. She tried to push back her tears.
"Hello Syaoran" she greeted.
"Sakura?" he asked "is that you?"
"Yes, I came as soon as I heard about your accident."
Syaoran had been in a car accident just an hour earlier. His mother had called Sakura at one in the morning. Upon hearing the news, the young girl had raced to the hospital.
"I'm glad you came" he said slowly. His eyes closed.
"Syaoran?" she asked desperately.
"Sakura?" he asked, he sounded tired, his eyes opened "don't leave."
"I won't. I'll never leave" she promised faithfully.
He smiled sadly "looks like I'll have to" he whispered so softly that she didn't hear.
"Sakura?" he asked.
"Yes?"
"I love you."
Syaoran's eyes closed and never opened again.

The young woman stood by the grave, staring at it.
"I love you too Syaoran" she whispered "and I'll never leave you again."
She knelt down by the grave, shivering slightly due to the cold.
"I won't be cold much longer" she whispered. She withdrew the small bottle full of the sleeping pills. She tilted back her head and let them fall into her mouth.
Her head fell against the gravestone as her hand limply fell against her side, the empty bottle next to it.
