Chapter 00: Prologue/End
Eyes
turning to the sky, it split itself, a swirling infinite abyss
revealed, flames at its core, a distant light approaching. Fire
rained from the heavens onto scorched earth, thousands screaming. And
they knew there would be no hope. No chance of survival. The end's
arrival signaled by the storm in which its core held the comet. The
war was lost and it's outcome something none had predicted. There
would be no victory for this war, only lost. Gripping onto
what sanity was left amongst the dying. The two held onto each other,
their final moments a now. Too early for the life they had dreamed
for each other and self. The blaze ascending from the horizon,
blocking out the sun. Skies' exploding into white and the earth
screams as it realizes it ultimate destiny. It rips apart and breaks.
And all goes black for the two. End…
