Undertale: Asriel's Christmas
This was the night if Christmas eve. Toriel had prepared presents for Frisk. And the whole of monsters were excited to celebrate their first Christmas together.
Flowey frowned and lay back. Then something bright began resonating within him.
Asriel looked up at his hands, it was him! He wasn't a flower anymore... But how?
It seemed that in generosity, a small section of dying humans gave Asriel their souls in advanced to having Frisk tell them how the humans killed him.
And it was Christmas... The perfect gift was the gift of happiness.
The humans brought Asriel back for just another day before he would transform back into a flower.
(please don't ask about the logic in that... Okay I wanted some excuse to get Asriel back for at least a day.)
Seeing how loving Frisk was: Asriel decided to do something with what time he had left for his body.
A small child-like voice rang out in the night. Frisk was sure they heard something.
"Frisk... Can you hear me?"
"I need you to wake up Frisk..."
"I want to show you something"
"please follow me"
Frisk arose from their bed and followed the direction where they heard the voice.
"Frisk... You must follow me, quickly."
"Be careful, Frisk"
The voice began getting louder.
"I... I need you to close your eyes"
Frisk hesitantly shut their eyes.
"Okay... Just relax. I'll bring you too it" the voice said excitedly.
Frisk opened their eyes. They gasped: they were surrounded by a sparkling waterfall meadow with flowers blossoming in bright patches of green.
Frisk looked up at where the voice was. They smiled when they saw a small white goat-like monster smiling at them from the waterfall's cliff.
Asriel smiled gently as he walked towards the human child.
He held his fingers together shyly. "I hope you like it Frisk" he said.
Frisk nodded and smiled. "I love it" they said.
Asriel blushed and made his way over to Frisk.
Frisk went over to hug Asriel. Asriel smiled and squeezed the human tightly.
Frisk smiled. "Merry Christmas Dreamurr" Asriel laughed at that.
"You too Human!" Asriel said back.
Frisk and Asriel played for a while before Asriel transformed into a flower again.
Flowey despite being a heartless soulless creature, smiled warmly at Frisk... It seemed it had still one piece of Asriel left.
"Look luck Frisk" Flowey winked. "You're gonna need it" He added jokingly.
Frisk smiled at the flower. "See ya Flowey" They said before Flowey chuckled and shrunk into the soil.
Frisk's life was sure getting better. And they knew that.
