Hi,
Merry Christmas to all. In this story I am using some of the same characters from my prior story, "My Family". You do not have to read that story to understand this one. A brief reminder. Iam is Jesus, Ryma is the Virgin Mary, Namuh represents humanity, Dad is God the Father and Mom is God the Holy Spirit.
Hope you enjoy the story. Please review.

Note: I think that I am finally over my writer's block.
Christmas through the eyes of a cat.
Here I am singing Christmas carols with my family. Nothing out of the ordinary you would say considering it's Christmas. Wrong! Because me, and my family are singing to my brother Iam.
When we finish singing I turn to Iam and say, "Hey Iam would you mind telling us the story of your birth." Iam looks at me with love, and tells me, "Well Namuh, I can tell you that my love for you, and our other brothers and sisters, was the motivator to become a cat. Now if you want more detail, I am sure that Ryma my cat mother can tell you everything else."
I turn to look at Ryma with begging eyes. She rolls her eyes, and tells me, "Okay I will tell you the story, just because I know is your favorite." I smile at her, and run to her throwing my paws around her neck." She smiles and tells me, "Now find a comfortable seat because this is going to take a while.
After we all find a comfortable seat Ryma starts the story:
"It all started when I was a young cat at the breeder. Dad, mom, and Iam, came in looking for the best cat possible, after a while mom told me: Ryma you have found favor with Iam, you are to be his cat mother.
Imagine my surprise, I responded, I am the handmaid of Iam, let it be done to me according to your word.
Then, Iam, mom, and dad went to the breeder and bought me. The breeder said he would deliver me the next day. However, the next day things did not go as expected. I was put into a transport cage together with Pesjo, and the cage was put in the back of the pickup.
The next thing I know the cage fell out of the pickup and broke. I was scared, and I asked Pesjo if he knew what to do. He said, that we would have to walk to our new home, so we started the difficult journey.
A few weeks later it was clear that I was with cat. Pesjo was gentle, and helped me as much as he could, but when the time came to deliver the kitten we were still on the streets.
Pesjo told me not to worry, that we would find a home to deliver the kitten, but no home wanted us, so finally we had to go to an alley, and I deliver Iam inside a box that Pesjo was able to find.
There were rats in the alley, and to my surprise they lend their heat to keep Iam warm. From all over the city, other alley cats started coming and meowed; Glory to Iam in the highest, and in the alley peace to all the cats of good will.
I did not understand everything at the time, but I kept all these things in my heart, and rejoiced in the birth of Iam together with Pesjo, and the alley cats. Now my dear Namuh that concludes the story of Iam's birth."
I thanked Ryma, and she left before I could ask her how they finally made it home. I guess I will have to ask her some other time."
