Hey guys this is the first time I'm going to make a fanfiction. I know it is still rough but I will try my best to improve.
These are series of one-shots centering the love story of Madge and Gale. I got the inspiration of my stories to some songs.

Madge and Gale are at the meadow, they became close ever since Katniss and Peeta became tribute to the 74th Hunger Games. In a few days the two victors are going to be back to their District.
"Gale?"
"Yes Madge?"
"Why are you so quiet?"
"Nothing."
"You don't have to lie to me, you know. I mean ever since we became really close, I learned how to know when you are thinking of something." Then suddenly Madge realize that Katniss and Peeta will be back. Katniss will be back. "It's Katniss right? She's coming back."
"Madge it's just that…my feelings for Katniss is really strong. I really like you, but I like Katniss more and everytime I think of my future it is always with Katniss."
Madge is trying to control her tears but it was really hard because she really loves Gale.
"Madge, please I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't have lead you on, but it was just I thought if I spent more time with you I'll eventually forget Katniss and fall in love with you, but it's just I can't."
"No Gale, it is also my fault, I mean I know I shouldn't expect anything, I mean I know how much you love Katniss..it's just that….You know I said to myself that when things like this happen I won't cry because I know no matter what I do, you will never fall in love with me."
"Madge, please.."
"I mean I've been preparing myself for this but it still hurts, I mean I can't control my emotions, I thought that if I prepare myself for this I won't get hurt anymore."
"Madge, it's my fault, I mean you deserve someone better, someone who will love you and only you."
"Gale, please can you leave me alone. I just need some time to get over this."
"But Madge…"
"Please Gale, just leave me alone, I mean I need to get use to it now that you will be with Katniss now."
"Madge…"
"Please."
Gale left Madge at the Meadow and she started crying. She cried for hours and eventually went home. When reached her house she saw their housekeeper Lydia who is also Madge's confidante. She knows about Madge's relationship with Gale and she is not very supportive of this relationship because she knows that Gale only has feelings for Katniss and she doesn't want Madge to get hurt. And by seeing the look on Madge's face, she knows she is right.
"Please don't tell me 'I told you so'".
"Oh Madge."
"It's all my fault, I should've listened to you. Your right he will never love me the way he love Katniss."
"Ssshhh. You know it's his lost; he walked away from a woman who loves him so much. He doesn't know what a big mistake he made. Listen Madge you are a beautiful and amazing woman. You deserve a guy who will never make you cry."
"Thank you Lydia, it just hurt so much. I mean I remember mom told me that if the person I love loves someone else I should set him free because the greatest way I could do to prove how much I love him, and that is what I did, I set him free so that he could be with Katniss, I wish them happiness since they both mean so much to me, but I just wished he loved me too. I mean is it wrong for me to wish him for myself."
