Starting in the 9th book when Sabrina confronts mirror:

That one moment that where he can't be there for her. That one moment where his entire world shatters.

It was a room of mirrors with one transparent door and we was on the wrong side of it. He saw Sabrina standing alone in a room full of Mirror's faces all laughing at her. She was spinning around trying to locate the real mirror a strong look on her face that Puck knew was all a bluff. He could see it in her eyes.

The panic.

He had to get to her. He'd promised he'd always be there to protect her.

It was then that Mirror raised his hands and brought them down in a powerful motion that caused every mirror to shatter. He disappeared but his face was still in every shard of glass that flew at Sabrina.

For a second, time froze.

He pounded on the door screaming trying to get to her. To save her like he always did but the door wouldn't give. He was forced to watch as Sabrina's fine hair swished around her face as she tried to follow where Mirror had gone, the brilliant silver shards looking like stars all around her. Comprehension dawned in her eyes.

Then they hit her.

She screamed as they laced her skin, tearing at her. When gravity finally took its toll she stood firm all alone in the room. Her head down, her arms by her side, dripping blood onto the reflective silver.

A single tear escaped and

amongst

the red.

She swayed and fell along the glass with a sickening crunch. She was a vision, something from a photograph, just laying in the midst of all the silver and red.

He hammered on the door, again and again until it too finally shattered and he ran to her. His hand trembled as he gently cupped her face in it. A small gasp escaped from her and he quickly picked her up. He flew from the room, one thought looping over and over again in his mind.

There might still be a chance to put all the pieces back together again
