Homer whistled cheerfully as he enjoyed a nice warm bath. It had been a hard day of work by his standards, so there was nothing like a calm relaxing bath to enjoy once he was home. Unbeknownst to him, he had gotten so lost in his whistling that he failed to notice as his son snuck into the bathroom. Bart held a wooden chair as he made his way over to the bathtub, his mission clear.

Earlier in the day he had been in awe at Milhouse's house. He watched as Chase, aka Pyro, the American Gladiator stuntman Milhouse's mom was currently dating took a chair being broken over him with ease. He made the feat look so effortless, like it didn't even hurt. Was it truly so easy? Bart had to find out.

His father none the wiser, Bart was now next to the bathtub. A determined smirk on his face, he hoisted the chair above his head. Expecting him to shrug it off just as easily as the American Gladiator, he brought the chair crashing down with all his might. With a surprising amount of strength, the chair shattered into pieces across Homer's back. In pain and caught off guard, Homer let out a pained scream and clutched the back of his neck. He hunched over in agony, looking over to see that the assailant was none other than his own son as he continued to voice his pain.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" He asked Bart, rubbing his sore arm and unable to fathom why his son would randomly assault him so harshly. While it was true Homer wasn't exactly known for being the most gentle towards Bart, especially with the strangling, never before had he attacked him like this. Homer could still feel the wood splintering into his back as he searched for his dropped sponge under the water.

"Geez, sorry." Bart gave his father an annoyed glare. "It's a pretty standard stunt, Homer." Tossing down the remaining pieces of wood from the chair he still held, Bart stormed off in a huff. He couldn't believe this. How could that American Gladiators guy, a trained professional, make the stunt look so cool, only for his dad to wuss out on it? Sure, to most people they would be impressed that Homer took the hit without being knocked out, but not Bart. He was let down. He was expecting his dad to take it like a champ as Pyro did, but he did not. His disappointment was immeasurable, and his day was ruined.
