What if I loved him? What if I was brave enough to admit he was my everything?
What if I only insulted him to tear his attention away from my best friend?
What if I was jealous?
What if deep inside me, under the thick skinned surface there was a heart, a heart he was breaking with every scowl, every cruel word, every loving stare at her.
But those two words made everything so uncertain. They changed everything. What if.
