Inu Yasha & The Spirit of the Great God Tree / Part One
Jaken wandered closely behind Sesshomaru and Rin in search of healing herbs. "I sense I will need these today..." He thought as he picked them.
"Where are you going Jaken-sama?" Rin asked running up to him and following him. "Oh, where's Sesshomaru?" Jaken asked acting as if he didn't hear her only that he'd seen her. "He said wait here he has something important to do..."
How nice the day was the sky was clear and a pale blue, the sun was shining and a light breeze. However everything can't always be so good all of the time...
"Inu Yasha! SIT!" Kagome screamed and stopped the poor hot-tempered Hanyou right in his tracks.
"Some weird forces and vibes have been coming from the trunk of the Great God tree..." Kaede muttered in a daze of thought as she threw one after the other a log on to fire.
"So Kaede how long has this been happening?" Kagome asked. "Recently...b-" before Kaede could finish through the shack window came a big blast of white light. It had come from the direction of the great god tree. Inu Yasha braced himself on both his arms off of the dirt ground and looked up at the light just as it faded away into the regular sun light. "What in the hell was that!" Inu Yasha Shouted. Kaede came out of the hut quickly. "Inu Yasha hurry over to the God tree we must see what this is about, Young Kagome you to I will gather the villagers and the others. Go!"
And with that they did, Inu Yasha holded Kagome tightly as she held on to his back as he ran and jumped over to the god tree. The Trunk of the great beast was split open and a girl lay asleep inside. She was amazing neither Inu Yasha nor Kagome dared to speak. The woman's hair was longer, much longer than her body. Her skin was pale as the white of her eyes and appeared to be extremely soft. She wore an all white kimono with a pale pink sash. Horse's hooves thundered closer, it was Kaede along with some of the village men and Kirara, Shippo, Miroku, And of course Sango. "What is she?" Kaede panted steadying her horse.
The Girls body twitched and came alive, She stretched then stood to face them. " My Name is Tomoe I am the Spirit of the great god tree... did you summon me forth?" The young woman asked.
"Umm, Actually no we did not summon you but would you bare my child?" Miroku pleaded and of course was slapped.
Inu Yasha Sniffed the air for her scent, "What are you demon or human?" he asked continuing to sniff the breeze a bit longer. "Tomoe...Tomoe is Human, And Demon..." she paused briefly, "Tomoe is Hanyou..."
"Let's all go back to the village and talk this out..." Kaede suggested and they all agreed.
