Shopping Urge

"Someone was really excited today," Sharon teased while wrapping her arms around Andrea's waist. As Andrea relaxed into Sharon's embrace, Sharon slightly nibbled her earlobe then her neck before pulling away.

"Oh I'm not the only one, Honey. I saw the way you were holding on to that bag for dear life."

"Well a girl has her moments," Sharon purred causing a shiver to run through Andrea's body. It always amazes her how Sharon still has this effect on her even though they have been together for so long. After finishing make her cup of coffee, Andrea walked to where Sharon was now seated.

"You gotta love the FBI huh?" Andrea rolled her eyes. Sharon gave a little chuckle, replacing her hands to their previous positions on Andrea's waist.

"Well, everyone has their job to do." She pulled Andrea down for a quick kiss. "It makes you wonder about the variety of merchandise stacked away for a lifetime over there at the FBI warehouse, huh? Those stuff are probably worth millions."

"Yeah, it sucks."

"Mmmmm. But it doesn't have to," Sharon gently moved Andrea aside so she could get up. She began her tea making ritual. "It's Friday, it's early and Buzz is still helping Rusty with his homework."

"And?" Andrea eyed Sharon suspiciously. "What are you getting at?"

"Well," Sharon said after a short pause as she left the tea to steep, "maybe you and I could sneak off for a bit, do a little handbag shopping. I'm suddenly in the mood for some."

"When aren't you in the shopping mood?" Andrea rolled her eyes. She didn't hate the activity per se, but she was not even close to Sharon's level of zeal when it came to shopping.

"Ha ha. It would be fun. All you have to do is keep my company, select whatever Louis Vuitton bag you like and I'll do the rest." Sharon's plea only resulted in another eye roll from her blonde. Maybe it was time to try a little flattery; that always works on Andrea.

"Okay, if spending time alone with the love of your life is not enough then look at it as my treat to the most beautiful woman I have laid eyes on."

"Well," Andrea stood, her hands on her hips, followed by a short pause as she scrutinized the woman in front of her, "since you put it that way," she feigned disinterest making Sharon laugh.

"Great! We should get going then." After they both finished their drinks, Sharon took Andrea's coffee cup and her own teacup and placed them in the break room's sink. Andrea held the door open for Sharon then followed her back to the Murder Room. They bid everyone goodbye, then were off on their short impulsive Louis Vuitton adventure.
