-Hellish World (Prolouge)

Eight Kisaragi Academy Seniors sit in classroom B-1. Ayumi, the Class Representative has just finished telling a scary story. Most of them were on edge.

"That's a creepy story Ayumi."

"Can't argue with that. Anyways, we should finish up cleaning. And actually help this time Lucas."

"Shut it Satoshi!"

A knock suddenly sounds on the door. The lights in the room go out, including Ayumi's candle. Ayumi and Satoshi scream. The door opens and is looks like a hand reaches in.

"Is anyone still here?"

"UEAGH! It's just like in Ayumi's story!"

"Cool it Kylie!"

"KIANA, I CAN'T CALM DOWN RIGHT NOW!"

The door opens all the way and the lights go on. A smaller girl, in middle school judging by her size had appeared in the doorway.

"Huh? Yuka, why are you here?"

"Onii-chan (Big Brother in Japanese)! You forgot your umbrella, so I brought it for you!"

The little girls Satoshi Mochida's younger sister, Yuka Mochida. She seemed young.

"Oh, uh thanks."

"Well, your sis' is cute and all, but can we do one last thing before we leave?"

"You're nice. And, I guess, what are we gonna do?"

Ayumi pulled out a white paper doll. She held it out for everyone to see.

"This is the paper Sachiko doll, it's for a charm called "Sachiko Ever After", and if we do it right, and we'll always be friends! No matter what!"

"Uh, I don't know its sounds kinda unsafe. What if we do it wrong?"

"Don't be so paranoid Bryton! Nothing bad will happen!"

"Sheesh, I was just wondering."

"Well, wondering will slow you down, so don't do it. Anyways, there's Umm… 4...5...6...7...8...9 of us here, so repeat the words, "Sachiko, we beg of you" nine times. NO more. No less. The charm will fail otherwise."

"Thank you, Ayumi…"

"Of course, anything for you Eden! Alright, everybody ready? Let's go!"

"Sachiko, we beg of you!"

"Now pull as hard as you can! Don't hold back!"

The paper doll shreds into nine separate pieces, followed by a loud thunderclap.

"Never lose your piece! Put it in your student I.D. Holder if you feel like you'll lose it."

Eden cheers, but the room suddenly starts shaking, like a massive earthquake was happening.

"Ahhh! Onii-Chan!"

"Yuka, stay close to me!"

"Everyone, under the tables!"

The room stops shaking, and the shaken group peeks out form under the desks.

"I-it stopped?"

"Ugh, is everyone alright?"

"Yeah, just a bit shaken."

Everyone was calming down, getting ready to leave. But then the floor gave out. Everyone fell into an inky blackness that seemed to be bottomless.
