:Chapter one:

The beginning of a Non-existing End

After the Unicorn went back to her forest, to Prince Lir's dismay, the Red Bull escaped from the sea. Meanwhile, on Schmendrick and Molly Grue's venture back home, they spotted a cat in distress. "Schmendrick," Molly uttered in confusion, "doesn't that cat look familiar?" Schmendrick, concentrating on his juggling skills, merely said " yeah, sure…" Molly didn't like the fact that she was responded to in such a rude manner… so she decided to take one of the oranges that Schmendrick was juggling and "accidentally" grab his hand to throw him of guard. "Oh, I'm so sorry, I just wanted something to eat (even though I am carrying a basket full of apples…) but since I have your attention, isn't that the cat from Prince Lir's castle? Well… uh, former castle…" Schmendrick, occupied cleaning up the oranges said " Molly, I really don't care about a darn cat!" annoyed, Schmendrick asked, "Does it have a peg leg?" Molly replied, "yes, bu…" "A patch over one eye?" grunted Schmendrick. Molly eagerly said, "Yes! Why, it is the cat!"

The cat started calling for help very impatiently, "Molly? Is that you? Get your butt over here right now!" Molly, in shock ran over there just as he commanded… but couldn't understand why he had called upon her so rudely. "You shouldn't talk to a lady like that! But what is the matter?" Molly inquired. The cat snapped back with " What do you mean "what is the matter?" my peg leg fell off! Can't you see? It's supposed to be in place of my right leg but no… it's right there by that rock!" Molly was very disturbed by the image of a nub for a leg that was bleeding cause a stick fell out… so she did her best to mend it back.

Meanwhile, back in the forest with Unicorn, she was contemplating on whether or not she should invite Lir to come and stay with her in her forest. After all, they both were sort of in "Love" and since now she can regret, she feels that it is the right thing to do… as well as the fact that his castle is now demolished because of the freedom of the unicorns. So off she went back down man's road to her good friend Lir, but what she doesn't know is that the Red Bull has escaped from the sea since all of the unicorns have been freed and have returned to their homes. 'I wonder if Lir will be able to tell that it is me before I utter a word or express any emotion. If so, I shall ask him to return to the forest with me, but if not, I will simply turn around and return back to my forest.' This thought ran through Unicorn's head up until the destination she had been longing for was reached. In shock, she just stood at the top of the hill looking down on a terrifying surprise…
